Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
