Bungalow vacation rentals in Ionian Sea

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Georgia was super helpful during our stay.

Nantina’s place was fantastically situated on the beach with its own garden. The house was spotless and Nantina was extremely proactive to all our queries and had a very good communication instructions to get to the house even though we only arrived at 12.30am nighttime. We stayed at the end of October so most beach restaurants were closed but we were happy to shop and eat in. The weather was a perfect 22 degrees and blue skies. We’ll be back!

Bill and his wife care for there guests. The house is close to the village, close to the sea but the beach is not the best one. . The place is quiet. The renewed batroom is top ! The Kitchen équipement is reduced to minimum but maybe you don't coock when in vacations. I recommand this place.

Our stay was simply amazing! The apartment was extremely clean and cozy, with an ideal location right next to the beach. Our hosts, Evangelia and her husband, were incredibly sweet and hospitable, always available whenever we needed recommendations for activities and entertainment in the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

From the first to the last minute we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb, which looks like the one in the pictures, is an absolute dream with good facilities and direct access to the sea. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat out on foot several times, and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. Every time we had a question, we received an extremely friendly and helpful answer very quickly. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Iris, her husband and son were extremly nice and helpful people :) They showed us the ranch and gave us some tips on local restaurants and points of interest. The guest house was cozy, with only 15 minute walk to the beach. As animal lovers we really appreciated the presence of horses and the dogs Vera and Petra. The guest house had everything necessary, including pots, dishes, stove, coffee and they even prepared a jar of their homemade olive oil and olives that were delicious! Marcello is a great host, always available and very helpful. The place is very clean, close to the beach, with lots of privacy and a nice garden. We enjoyed crickets in the evening and 3 cute cats visited us every day. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

Few places *exceed* one’s wildest expectations; this one did. Wow! Just wow. We found this Airbnb in searching Ionian islands and picked coming to Zakynthos because of White Cave Bungalow. We absolutely loved the privacy, the unspoiled west coast of the Island, the unhurried lifestyle it afforded, proximity to swimming, incredible sunsets, and waking up to the panorama of the sea. That said, it is a simple place and perhaps it won’t be for everyone, but for us it was perfect. We are hikers - the west and north coasts offer beauty, traditional towns, good food, and secluded beaches (note: however, not Shipwreck Beach). Highly recommended for the right couple who enjoys these things!

Although I booked this place for the beautiful balcony view, unfortunately I didn't fully enjoy it because I had to visit all the beautiful places around Paul's bangalow. The bangalow has all comforts and even in a rainy day you can enjoy staying on the balcony listening the raindrops in front of you, drinking your coffee in the middle of a beautiful olive grove, from which generous Paul gave us a bottle of olive oil as gift. Paul has made reality the dream of every human, to own a piece of land in this blessed area. I am happy I met Paul because he is a very nice and intelligent man who is always there for you so as to knock out every need you have and I wish I had more time to hang out with him.

The villa was perfect. Clean and well equipped. We stayed here for part of our travels around Corfu. The villa is very remote and peaceful, exactly what we wanted!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The house and location are very nice and worth the money. The view over the olive trees to the sea was as we had imagined and dreamed. By the pool there were not only four very comfortable loungers but also a cozy sitting area. Under the olive trees there was another table with four chairs in the shade. What we didn't like so much was that the mattress in the smaller bed was very soft. In the large bed, on the other hand, the mattresses have been very hard. Here I would suggest investing in new and higher quality mattresses. The house cleaning could be a little more thorough and the drains in the bathroom should also be cleaned after every departure. Overall, we felt very comfortable, can recommend this house with a clear conscience and would book it again. 5-Star ***** :-)
