Perfect place. Clean and comfortable. June is a great host. Only 2 train stops from Shinjuku, and a 7-11 downstairs to grab breakfast every morning was great! I would definitely recommend this place to everybody

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends.

At first the gate entrance code was not found, there is a white box on the left side of the gate is where to enter the code.The room is also clean, the bed is not small, and the boxes can be spread out.The garbage needs to be sorted simply.We brought our own disposable towels so didn't ask about the room being cleaned.It is very close to Rokucho Station, and it is very convenient to go to Senso-ji Temple and Akihabara.Overall a good value for money.

Ko-san was friendly and accommodating, offering flexibility with the check-in time. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which can be challenging with luggage, but Ko-san kindly carried my bags up during check-in. He provided clear instructions and shared plenty of local recommendations, which added to the experience. The location is highly convenient, being close to Nishi-Ogikubo Station, making it easy to get around. While the proximity to the station means you can hear the trains, the noise stops after the last train of the night, and as a heavy sleeper, it didn’t bother me. The apartment itself is fascinating, with unique architecture and design, making it a memorable stay.

We have been staying at different Airbnb in Tokyo for the last 15 years and this is one of the best. Nice and helpful host. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe and secure entry. Tidy, clean and well decorated unit. Spacious bedrooms, great floor plan with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 1 full size bath room. Good size kitchen. Dining/living area is very comfortable. Wifi speed is excellent. Amenities are plenty. Lots of entertainment facilities. We enjoy staying at this place very much. Highly recommend.

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

Fantastic location and exceptionally clean environment. The washer was a very helpful commodity and the general room size was quite generous. It was also easy to get a good night’s rest thanks to its private surroundings.

Check-in and check-out were at 12 o'clock at noon, so I was able to relax.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pippin's Inn. This was our first airbnb experience and it did not disappoint! Our biggest regret was only staying for 3 nights. Ushka is such an amazing host, very responsive and so thoughtful with her instructions on how to get to her place. We immediately felt welcomed when entering her home and amazed with all the cat themed decor. We were honored to meet Pippin and feed him snacks! Some of things we loved were the Smart TV, laundry machine, comfy mattress, thick bath towels and paper towels (never thought I'd write about being excited to have access to paper towels lol). The area is perfect for getting away from the crowds and stroll through the quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to the nearest train station. Also, I loved the Guest Recommendations book - such a great resource for fellow travelers! Thank you again Ushka and family for creating an environment that is a home away from home for us. We will be back!

Everything is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. They tried to help us keep all luggage before checking in for our convenience. The house is not far from Shin-okubo station like 5 minutes by walking. It’s also good and clean.

Great location - we walked to and from Shinjuku station daily. Close enough to the buzz of Shinjuku but located in a quiet neighborhood, which we were all able to enjoy from our individual bedrooms’ balconies. The AirBnB was spacious, and fit all 4 of us adults comfortably with a bed to spare. Our group member who is 6’3” fit comfortably in the larger bed. Mizuki had the AirBnB fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially made use of the coffee bar and the washer/dryer. Written instructions with images were included for every appliance, which was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, made me feel like I was visiting an aunt’s home instead of a stranger’s. Mizuki offered to help with anything we needed and although we didn’t take her up on her offer, we knew she’d be someone we could reach out to in case something came up. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Kevin's place in Okubo! The apartment is exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and local amenities. The space is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The room has plenty of natural light, comfortable furniture, and all the essential amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the shared areas are always kept clean and tidy. What impressed me most was how organized everything was - from the detailed parking instructions to the easy check-in process. The common area with its comfortable leather sofa is a nice touch for relaxing. Kevin is a great host who responds quickly and makes sure everything is in order. The building's security is good, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet despite being in a central location. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and great value for money. Would definitely recommend it！

Keiko was very accommodating in many ways from late night check in to a very special Japanese tea ceremony before we left The home has every convenience in a very organized manner. The Japanese Culture introduction was wonderful We were very comfortable as we came and went throughout our stay We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The K-Family were great and friendly hosts. They went above and beyond and they helped made our stay better. The airbnb was very cozy in a quiet neighborhood. It’s in a nice area with quick access to the other parts of Tokyo by train. Would book with them again! 😄

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

Very close to the station, easy to get around

Jun's place was perfect for my four-day trip to Japan. The unit had everything I needed and the instructions with the guidebook were super helpful. The location is great, feels safe, and I love the alley ways that have small businesses or places to eat. The neighborhood was clean, and you could tell that the residents like to keep it that way. I would enjoy spending more time in Tokyo next time and, if Jun's place is available, I will definitely try to reserve it again.

Great find in Kamakura for our very short stay. Toshi has been very responsive from the start. Plenty of guides and clear instructions given to ease us into the check in and help us explore the area. Room 202 is exactly as pictured. Nice cosy space with lots of amenities provided. Bed size is Japanese standards but it’s very comfy though it’s a bit small than what we are used to. Love the sea views from the room and the surroundings is so peaceful. Would stay here if we visit Kamakura again.

Very good, the group is very satisfied with this accommodation location, very clean and hygienic, only one stop away from the Yamanote Line, the location is good, and the host is very responsive.

The placed was exactly how it was advertised. It’s near ministop so it’s easy to buy water and other snacks. Area is also peaceful and walkable. Walking to the station was easy and there were lots of restaurants and shops near the station (also near Donki!!) you can’t really hear the train when you’re inside the room but the host left some earplugs incase you need it. The stairs was kind of hard to go up in Id you have a big luggage though but that’s expected already. Overall for the price this was definitely worth the penny:)

During our trip, my wife fell sick and we need to checkout hotel by 12 pm . I messaged our Airbnb stay whether we can check in early . he responds fast and agree that we can check in after we checkout our hotel. I was grateful the unit looks actually like pics . my wife was happy that she is able to have proper place to rest. later at night I messaged the owner that my wife need to see a doctor as the medication is not working ,he suggested we go to nearest hospital to get treatment which is less than 7 mins cab ride as nearby clinics closed . we are grateful for the suggestions that fast and on point. location here is great , as my wife is recovering well , we went to lkebukuro station for our shopping. we always took a cab ride back which cost ¥500 . Just stand outside station and hail one ! please hail one it's worth it. All the shopping and with bags .... it's godsend convenient ! So far I went Tokyo station and a few places all took 30 mins plus to reach from lkebukuro station

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Shimokitazawa. Have alot of friends in the area. Great food, shops, and izakaya/bars. Will definitely reserve again on my next visit!

Always a great place to stay. Easy check in. Mathew is responsive and very helpful. Easy access to shops, restaurants and near Shiba Park as well as different transport options. Despite its central location, it’s nice and quiet and the flat itself is spacious, well equipped flat.
