The apartment was very complete, it had several items, kitchen cleaning and personal hygiene, which are very useful especially if the stay is short. The hosts were super attentive and helpful, they let us change the check-out time, which was very useful for us to take advantage of our time in Buenos Aires, I would definitely come back

We chose the apartment because of its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and a first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips on tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more enjoyable! We will definitely return !

Excellent apartment, comfortable, neat, nice, functional. Ideal for 2 people. Comfortable bed, strong shower, huge TV. 20 meters away 2 supermarkets, 1 block away restaurants, quiet environment. Comfortable garage on the premises with electric gate (ask). Everything was excellent. I'll repeat every time I go to Buenos Aires.

Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

Everything was amazing. The house is just as seen in the photos, the land is spacious and nice, perfect for relaxing or getting active for a while. We used the kayak to go for a ride, we also played with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It's the perfect place to disconnect and have a nice time. In addition, Viviana was super attentive from the moment we booked, always attentive to everything.

A lovely oasis and very helpful host. Best to drive a 4 wheel vehicle as the unmade roads are a challenge.

The house is excellent, very nice, spacious, comfortable. The neighborhood very quiet, the open landscape. A few minutes, by car, from good restaurant and art center Malba. A few minutes away also from shops in Escobar. Sergio is always attentive and very pleasant We really enjoyed our stay Thank you 😍 🙂

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Marcela's excellent willingness to be flexible with schedules. She gave us some recommendations on where to go for dinner and walk during the day, to make the most of our free time.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responded promptly.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. The apartment is very nice, it is worth it mainly for the views but perhaps in relation to price quality it is high. Very good service. For tourists, it's definitely useful because of the central location.
