Great host, friendly and prompt staff, and an amazing villa! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a love island like villa.

It was a super last minute booking in the evening for the villa as we were in the midst of company trip with a group of 19pax, experiencing bad hotel booked by travel agent. But with Susan’s proactive and responsive service, it just took us few hours from booking to check-in for a big group at 9:30pm. We have booked Villa Bedua and Villa Intenia without hassles. Putri were very very attentive and friendly for the entire stay. Checking out is smooth with Dwi too. The housekeepers for both Villas (Tini, Suwan and others) were superb, my team had the best experiences for this stay. They love it so much :) Besides that, the services provided during the stay (with or without extra charges) such as breakfast, massage, laundry and etc were very good too. Definitely recommend their massage service! I strongly recommend this place for a group of people or family and definitely come back to this villa if I ever travel to Bali again :)

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the biggest smiles by Dedo, Komang, Gede, and Dedi – their warmth and unmatched hospitality made us feel at home instantly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness truly elevated our stay. The villas are stunning, with breathtaking views, a beautiful aesthetic, and a perfectly tempered pool. Our rooms were cleaned daily, fresh soft towels restocked, and aircon in every room made for the most comfortable stay. The gorgeous floating breakfast was a dream, and the private dinners just as special. Having drinks available to purchase was also a great touch, making it easy to sip and relax by the pool. If you're looking for paradise with exceptional hospitality, this is it. A huge thank you again to Dedo, Komang, Gede, and Dedi—we can’t wait to come back!

Here’s a short and glowing review you can use: --- We had an amazing stay at Roy & Ria’s villa! The place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The villa manager and our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful beautiful place, very well kept and maintained. We had a family dinner for my dad's 70th birthday and hired private chef recommended by the villa. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The villa is amazing, complete with all the amenities as described. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children and we each enjoyed every space from the yoga room, steam room, massage chair and pool. Merry had organised a banquet with the chef on 2 nights and the food was amazing. Every morning we would come down to breakfast to be greeted by a smiling chef and a beautifully set breakfast table. The villa is a little out of the centre and not easy to walk around (no footpaths and having to contend with traffic was scary). Luckily, the villa came with and car and driver who was ready to take us whenever and wherever we wanted to go and we definitely took advantage of it. All in all, we had a wonderful time at House of Light

This villa was very comfortable, convenient to lots of food options, and affordable. The living and dining areas were great with lots of seating and space. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Rio was an excellent host and always responded quickly…always eager to help with anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

we loved our stay in this villa. it was beautiful and cosy at the same time. there were moments we didn't wanna head our because of how comfortable it was to be home :)

Max’s place was amazing! Super convenient location and very walkable to many restaurants, convenience stores and to the local clubs. All the rooms were superb.

OMG .... We were so impressed at Villa Zaza, easy to get to and it is in the perfect spot to get anywhere on the island . The rooms were well appointed and clean when we arrived and kept clean by fantastic staff , i fully recommend Juliens place for your family stay in Bali ... All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond for for us. I've forgotten the spelling of their names but they started with a D and E, and the lady the help with brekky too was wonderful. I stay for 2 night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and we love the set up, it was perfect in every way. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much to all the staff. 🫶

Stayed here with the family & we loved it. Esp loved the host's responsiveness. We had an electrical issue and not only Perry (and the staff) was quick on it, but also went on extra miles to help us accomodated & situated. Place was incredibly spacious with amazing wifi. Complete kitchen as well & great parking. Will definitely come back again! I know you readers will love it too :)

The hosts were very quick to respond and the support team was always ready to help if I needed anything. The house itself was spacious and very nice, perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a busy road and stands by itself, which made access a little inconvenient, but the area is actually quite convenient overall, with Pakuwon and other main places nearby. Would recommend if you’re looking for a large, private space in West Surabaya 👍🏼

Great and comfortable place to spend time with family and/or friends. The most impressive thing I found that the host, Victor, and his team were incredibly responsive, answering our questions rapidly when we needed further information related to our stay and resolving any issues we encountered in the villa in no time.

the place is clean and beautiful.. lots of facilities and the pool is outstanding.. the pingpong ball is need replacement fortunately we bring our own .. but other than that is awesome..

Love the Villa, it is super clean and comfortable! The host, Liefang, is also super duper friendly and nice, recommending things to do and answering all my questions earnestly. Fast responses too from her! Enjoyed my stay and would love to stay in the Villa again :)

The villa is super beautiful, the pool is long enough for swimming, the amenities were complete, pool table was a plus, really good for our big group of friends. Location was really nice too, it was in a quite road so no noise, but need to take a motorcycle/ car. Not far at all though, Close to bingin beach and the shops and restaurants. The managers also tried to accomodate as best as they could in terms of our requests which was much appreciated. All in all it was a great stay for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning — perfect for a relaxing getaway. One thing to note is that there is no direct parking space for cars, which could be a bit inconvenient. However, Billy was very helpful in assisting us with parking, and that made a big difference. Everyone we met there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay.

The place looks exactly like the pictures, plenty of common spaces. Good numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean swimming pool and grounds. The host is very communicative and Mr. Epul the villa's care taker is also very responsive. The villa is in quiet and private area with the view of river and nature as well as the view of the mountain. Will stay again!
