Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Indonesia

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was. This was a big trip for my grandmothers 89th bday. Six women and a baby traveling from the US. Chika did above and beyond helping find the best restaurants, spa’s, shopping, drivers, temple’s…etc The home is absolutely stunning with so many personal touches. The backyard view with the pool is exactly what you want when visiting Bali. Her staff was the sweetest, breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely book here again and recommended to anyone going. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here and experience Ubud’s beauty.

Great host, beautiful place! It was a very nice stay overall. Host Manik was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved the two adorable cats Happy and Lili who were very well behaved and affectionate. Expect about 3-5 minutes of walking from the car park to the villa. It’s a nice tranquil walk off the beaten path passing by a garden, but it may be slightly inconvenient with toddlers or wheelchairs. But overall I still highly recommend this villa.

It’s was perfect…

Loveliest place, especially for a family getaway. Feels like finding a peaceful, Japanese gem all the way in the middle of Bandung. The onsen-style bath is what stood out, and the tatami room is such an authentic touch. The host Januar is very friendly, and the caretaker of the house Pak Didin is super helpful. Don’t miss out on their bonfire offering. Thank you, we had the best time! Ps: Although the neighbourhood is lovely, clean and generally quiet, but it seems that there are some constructions around when we stayed there. Not a deal breaker for us, but for future guests who might be sensitive to noise maybe ask the host before booking.

Such a beautiful villa, could’ve happily stayed there all day and not felt guilty about not exploring Ubud town. It was cleaned daily by staff, very much spotless. Breakfast made each morning was delicious. Access to property can be a bit tricky if you aren’t confident on a scooter, but is walkable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We hada wonderful time at Ardia's place. Although the road leading to the place is a little bit challenging, we were rewarded with a beautiful place to stay. Bu Yoni and Pak Putu kindly waited for us to check in. When we arrived, Pak Putu was ready with the campfire to grill the chicken for dinner, our children were really excited for that. We were then treated with the glorious sky full of stars. The house is simply cozy and we had a good sleep. In the morning we went for trekking with our children and ended up checking out later than 2pm and Ardia kindly accomodated us. If you are looking at this place, I would highly recommend you give it a try and I am very sure you will fall in love with this place. A great place for gatheringwith friends and family. The villa is beautiful to stay in. It had a very peaceful vibe, eye catching art and beautiful balinese furnishings, in amongst the rice fields. Very clean. A perfect spot to stay at, away from the hustle and bustle of what is Ubud is now. Agustin (house manager) and housekeeping staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They delivered some groceries (and beer!), organise drivers and bikes for us. Communication was no problem. They made our stay there so easy! At the street address there is no sign (that we could read anyway) to know that you are there. The house is hidden at the back in the fields so you need to follow the small path down, to the right, then up the 2nd to the left. Turn left at the path T intersection at the top. Though the lovely housekeeper ended up finding us and escorted us with our bags up to the villa. I loved watching the fieldman shoo gaggles of ducks into new paddocks. Beautiful sunrises 🥰

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

My family had a truly wonderful time staying here. The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and perfectly in tune with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed (everything you need), offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Loved the pool and water. What made the stay extra special was the warmth and friendliness of the host Wayne, Zee and Monte (friendly dog). All really made us feel at home and Wayne had great eating recommendations. The location is great for soaking in selong balanak charm (laid back), with easy access to the nearby beach (10 mins walk) with Lovely sunsets. Wayne has 4 cycles which are free to use. Kuta 30 mins by car and tangung ban (Bum bum warung & Aloha beach club) and Bikut Merese (Sunset) 45 mins. These should be visited. Hire a car or a bike which is a must to move around. Highly recommend Salty Siesta to anyone looking for a serene and memorable escape. I’d gladly return

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lighthouse Bingin. Everything was like I expected it. It is super new and a very calm place, the contact is friendly and they help you with everything you need. It’s also not far to the city center with a lot of great restaurants, so you can just hop on your scooter or even walk if you want to. Would definitely recommend it! 🙂

Great stay at Edy’s place! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, next to the mall. Edy was super responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Ning and Michael has been absolutely amazing. They are both extremely accommodating and welcoming as hosts. the Property is beautiful, and has everything you could need for a long or short stay. We loved it so much we extended out stay 3 times. Would give it 10 stars if i could! we will definitely be booking with them again. daily cleaning, privacy, quiet area, great restaurants in the area, and numerous areas to relax made it a 10/10 stay. *This Penthouse is super amazing, the facilities and amanities were top notch. Supreme location in between berawa and seminyak (close to lots of high recommended coffee shop and resto, not far from beach and some famous bali beach club). Eventhough located between the busy area in Bali, at night is so quite and calming. Will absolutely going back to this place!

This is my first stay at airbnb and best room ever, a lot of surprising details that Vira had in this room such as providing muslim praying stuff, mini vacuum cleaner, clothes steamer (eventhough when i came it can't work), various board games, and humidifier with a lot of jompo equipment (minyak kayu putih, hot n cream) it's so lovely. The most comforting is how good the smell of the room (i'm definitely buying the reed diffuser). Thankyou for making us enjoy the place like it's ours. Cheerio!

The Wanagiri cabin was amazing, the perfect spot to unwind and relax in nature. We had a bbq and it was very well equipped for cooking. The views were breathtaking and we had the most beautiful sunset. The cabin was very cozy with really comfy beds. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and he even brought us some nappies for our daughter as we had ran out and the shops were closed. We can’t wait to come back soon. Harumi is a super attentive host! He was always smiley and helpful anytime I needed anything. I loved the area where is located, (definitely less busy than Canggu center), and loved the pool area where I could swim most of my days ☺️ I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels solo or with their partner! If I’m back in Bali I wouldn’t hesitate to book my stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The location is amazing, surrounded by lush jungle and the cabin is stocked with everything you need. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food at the lodge was fantastic. Highly recommend!

A serene nature escape with a cozy home. His place is separated from other glamping areas, which makes it unique with the natural view of the mountain landscape, cold breeze, scenic sunset and camp fire area. Best place to rest and breathe fresh air. The location provides seclusion for couples and solitude for individual meditation or healing. We love the warm campfire with the simple dinner. The glass area of the house provides an exceptional view of the surroundings. We just hope next time we can visit during clear weather to also enjoy star gazing. I hope we can go back again. Highly recommended place!

Mas Irul’s cabin was very well located. Near to the food court and any local foods. The staff really helpful and very kind.

This is a truly special place we’ll never forget. We’ve traveled a lot, but never stayed in such a unique home. It’s not about traditional comfort — it’s about the atmosphere of total silence, nature, and solitude. The house is set deep in the rice fields and jungle, with no one around — only the sounds of nature. Nights can feel a bit scary, but mornings are pure bliss. The pool is filled with natural spring water — no chemicals, just cold, clean freshness. We spent the whole day swimming, even though we usually avoid hotel pools. The architecture of the house is incredible — it makes you feel deeply connected to nature and yourself. And a special thank you to the host — so kind and welcoming. He helped us light a fire and set up a cozy BBQ evening. We’ll remember this experience for a long time.

Wir würden herzlich empfangen. Obwohl wir erst spät ankamen bekamen wir authentisches Junglefood, dass sehr lecker war. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und die Matschceremonie war ein besonderes Erlebnis.
