Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. It's a great apartment where nothing is missing. If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts and immediately received an answer.

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Communication was great, always got a quick response. The view is beautiful. The location is ideal for hiking. And even on rainy days, you feel super comfortable. We would come back.

We had a wonderful holiday week with our motorcycles at Karin's. The apartment is as great as in the pictures, just a beautiful view from every window. At the same time, generous enough to sit with 4 people, but you don't have to. Our motorcycles were excellently stowed in the garage. My personal highlight was the waterbed in the master bedroom. Both Karin and her father were very warm, a great feel-good package. Incidentally, the described washing machine was also useful and is in the bathroom. All in all: A top recommendation, always happy to come back if we should go to the Ötztal again.

Great place with a beautiful balcony, with a lot of nearby attractions. we whet there for skiing. there are multiple areas within 30-60min drive.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, communication was warm and straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. I can fully recommend David's accommodation and would come back anytime. Thank you, David, for your hospitality.

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

Eric's place was very tidy, had all the advertised amenities. One does need a car though, especially if going for skiing. The surroundings are very peaceful, I strongly recommend Eric's place.

Beautiful, warm and cozy. Kitchen worked well and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We stayed in the accommodation in June 2025 for an extended weekend with six people - and were super satisfied! The apartment is absolutely clean, very bright and offers a lot of space, even for large groups. The kitchen offers everything you might need, and the bathroom is spacious and very modern. Especially the outdoor seating is great to sit together in the summer. The organization around check-in and check-out worked smoothly and the sleeping arrangements were great. Absolutely recommend from us!

A beautiful, clean apartment with a mountain view. We only had some difficulties with communication when we on our end were not really certain about our arrival time until the evening before we were supposed to arrive. It's a bit difficult to predict arrival time when you are going by car and have two small children. :) In the end Annemarie seemed very friendly and understanding. Thank you Annemarie!

Great stay! nice and spacious appartement in beautiful surroundings. Sanja helped us to find attractions for the kids, it was very helpful.

Bart is a great host who leaves absolutely nothing to be desired with his apartment. The amenities are complete and very high quality and loving. It certainly offers a perfect starting point for activities of all kinds in all seasons and then a beautiful " home ". The house is located on a very beautiful small village with restaurants around. Very quite. We had a bit late check in but received a very warm welcome. Everything's perfect and happy. Breakfast is good. It's a very romantic experience for us. Thank you!

Very polite hosts, apartment in top condition and important things, such as ski rental, bus stop, etc. within walking distance. This place is definitely recommended.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was exactly as described, everything worked and was in good condition, well-equipped kitchen, great communication, a partner hotel that we could leave luggage at on the last day or eat breakfast in if we wanted (for a charge). What you don’t get from the description online is just how good the views are and how well located it is - yes, we had to get the U-bahn but because we could leave skis, boots and helmets at Check-In (by the cable cars) the whole process was super easy! Overall so impressed and we would definitely return if we were looking to come back to Serfaus.
