Very tasteful decoration, everything very modern and of very high quality. Glória [cook] and Vanessa [housekeeper] are amazing, very proactive, punctual, organized, performing their tasks with excellence and making our stay even more enjoyable. The impeccable host service, very available and attentive, passed on all the pertinent information about the stay, as well as all the tips and directions about the city. The stay was very nice, Álvaro very attentive! We took a speedboat tour indicated by him, the people who helped clean the house as well. Too Indico, ideal for going with the family and relaxing. Everything good!

We had an amazing stay at Camila’s place. Milene, the housekeeper, was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us, the house was always impeccable and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back!

Casa marvellous. Needs some small aesthetic repairs in its interior, further improving the sleeping rooms (painting, furniture, etc.). But this does not compromise the quality of the stay. the anfritian was super solicitous. Bruno was quite agile in responding to any demand and everything went smoothly.

Edson and Nair's space is exactly as described in the listing. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, barbecue, etc. Pool maintenance is done daily. The space was clean and well taken care of. The location, in fact, is a little far from the center, but only about a 10-minute drive. So, it is recommended to have a car to get around. Communication with Edson is very good, because he always responds quickly and courteously. In short, we really liked the treatment we received. When we arrived there was a treat left for us, which certainly added to the experience we had. Note that hosts are people who like to host and this makes a big difference in the guest experience. We appreciate the courtesy with which we were treated and, certainly, if we have a new opportunity, we will stay again in Edson and Nair's space.

We really liked Sonilda's space, the house has everything you need. All environments are very well maintained, with emphasis on the cleanliness of the house. We traveled as a family and positively evaluated the infrastructure of the house and the condominium. Vera offered us all the support during the stay, serving us with kindness. We plan to return in the near future!

We had a great time. This place will have made our vacation unforgettable. The pool is fantastic. The beautiful and well-maintained garden. The house is clean the interior spaces are large. We enjoyed the barbecue and the beach with private access for the whole neighborhood. Fully secure neighborhood. We loved it. The kids too.

The house is great, super equipped, large rooms, all new, clean and organized. The host Laudilene always solicitous, as well as the homemade Clodoaldo. In addition to all this, there are also a sound box, beach chairs, thermal box and umbrellas ( although not necessary, as the condominium is available at the exit to the beach, as well as showers as well).

The leisure area is a great advantage: spacious, with a clean barbecue and a very well-maintained swimming pool. The pool attendant even makes daily visits to make sure everything is always in order. The house accommodates guests very well, is located less than 300 meters from the beach and has several shops nearby, including the Arcomix supermarket, which is a few minutes' walk away. The street is quiet, not very busy and conveys security. I highly recommend Lúcio's house for those seeking peace, comfort and moments of relaxation. I will definitely be back

Our stay was quite quiet and met our need. The house has a cozy atmosphere, with nature helping to maintain the relaxation we needed. Kitchen equipped with everything we need and the sleeping facilities with the air conditioning and light at the point of our expectations. Were wonderful days we spent there and I strongly recommend it to friends, with families in search of tranquility and warmth.

The accommodation is beautiful, the area is quiet and a bit far from downtown, which makes the beach very private and nice. It is also within walking distance of the central beach and others. Very comfortable for many people. Very nice views and cool with a sea breeze. Unbeatable view.

Carlos's place exceeded our expectations. I went with the family, in a group of 10 people, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Spacious, comfortable, very complete and well located environment. Carlos was a very attentive host and always available. It was a great choice.

It was wonderful, great house, great condominium and we have nothing to complain about. We enjoy everything in front of the condominium's pool beach.
