Vacation rentals with lake access in iLembe District Municipality

We enjoyed 4 perfect days in Adam´s house. The house was better than what we expected out of seeing the pictures. The house was cleaned every day. A perfect terrace overlooking the 1. tee of the golf course. We were surprised to find that we had a Golf cart to our full acces. Amazing. Perfect place for golf lovers :)

The Zululami Estate is very peaceful and the big bonus for us was the proximity of Sheffield beach with the rock pools, ideal for the little ones. The house is a good size holiday home, with a nice outside dining area, very child friendly (Thanks Rylee!) and with an extremely well equipped kitchen. Jenna, the host, was very responsive and friendly. She perfectly guided us to the house, explained everything you need to know and gave excellent advice. Thank you Jenna for the wonderful stay. We loved every moment of it and the kids had a blast.

The Forest house within a super secure estate in Salt Rock is an oasis of tranquility. We stayed 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the large spacious home on the edge of the forest. We had so many spaces to enjoy, our favourite being the long verandah indoor/ outdoor space. We felt sheltered and so close to nature. The house had everything we wanted including a fully fitted kitchen with amazing oven and cooker. We popped over the road to the new salt rock centre where we bought groceries and cooked most meals at the house, including a BBQ/ Braai. We were very well taken care of by the house helper who came to clean every other day. It was great to have someone who knows the house well to answer any questions. One of my favourite features of the home are the downstairs rooms which all have fully retractable glass doors to open the house to the outside. Stunning!

James was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, providing suggestions for places of interest to visit and explore in and around Ballito to create a memorable experience. In terms of the property, it was perfect and provided us with everything that was needed during our stay, a lot of space and room for our family. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Keneilwe's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The house was very clean on arrival. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Costal bliss went way over our expectations. The finishings in the house are immaculate, the estate itself is very peaceful and safe. It isn’t a walking distance to the beach though. The estate is still being constructed and the road to the beach is not completely tar. I also think that there should be 2 sets of towels per guest as using one set over multiple days is not what most people do. Other than the above two points, I would recommend the place to anyone and I would definitely be back.

The home is magnificent and the photos are an accurate depiction. Only unfortunate thing was the aircon that was not working in one bedroom - not ideal when it is 38* outside, but because it was over new year and host was abroad no technician could be arranged so my son resorted to sleeping in the TV room where the aircon was working.

Kimber and Byron were fantastic hosts, great on communication without any delay. The house was as described, the outside area was great for the kids to play. The pool safely secured with a net so kids played outside without a worry. Pool itself was nice and refreshing. We felt safe within Simbithi while still feeling we had our own private place amongst nature.

Golf cart only takes 2 people. It was the only drawback about the whole experience

We had a pleasant stay. It was secluded in a place of absolute tranquility, ideal for relaxation. The host was very accommodating and the place was exactly as represented in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and modern with top notch security.

Gill was a helpful host, everything was arranged prior to our arrival. The estate is beautiful and her apartment is well situated, close to shops and the beach. The apartment was well looked after and kept clean during our stay. The beds are comfortable and we felt very at home staying there. The kitchen was lacking a few pots and pans but we managed. Beautiful place, perfect for a gateway away from the crowd/ city Lauren responds in time, friendly and always available to assist. We definitely enjoyed our stay will be coming back.

15 Ilala Simbithi is a beautiful, spacious, very well furnished and clean apartment with all the amenities that you require for a great holiday. You walk into the apartment and instantly get that holiday feeling. When you arrive on holiday It is always the small things that make a difference. On arrival we had biscuits, plenty of Jacob's coffee, tea and rooibos tea and milk available and Lindt chocs on the pillows. We had a two-month-old baby with us and a cot and bedding was arranged for our arrival. Everyone including our overseas guests loved the apartment, the patio is simply amazing, very spacious, beautifully furnished with amazing views of the sea and dam. Communication throughout our stay was exceptional and we were given plenty of ideas for great restaurants and things to do. Our hosts were very responsive to any request and questions that we had and went out of their way to make us comfortable. My family and I will go back to 15 Ilala time and time again

Janine was a dream hostess. On time with communication. The place is beautiful, a must stay! We had 2 little ones there ages 3 and 5. They loved every minute of it. The view,and the space was more than enough and the kitchen has everything you have at home. Really well equipped. Highly recommended!
