Vacation rentals with breakfast in Île d'Yeu

This is a charming detached cottage with a small courtyard where you can feel good. The place is quiet, you can hear the rooster crowing in the distance and it's nice. Our host is very nice, breakfast served at the door, every morning is a plus. We would definitely recommend this listing. We enjoyed beautiful walks despite the rain but it was nice and invigorating.

We had a very nice week at Josée's house. It is very well-equipped, clean and functional. They are very well located in the thatched area of Les Sables d 'Olonne in a friendly and quiet residence. Lots of walks and everything you need nearby, widely accessible even on foot. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautifully renovated historic house in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre of Pornic. Lovely garden and lots of toys for our kids to enjoy. Catherine met us and showed us around, left us some nice treats and responded quickly and helpfully to any messages. Highly recommended!

What a pleasure to spend the weekend with the family (9 adults) in this property managed by Isabelle! The house is beautifully renovated and perfectly clean. The bedrooms are spacious, well decorated, well furnished and furnished and all equipped with bathrooms. We found all the equipment we needed and everything that is included in the listing is actually present in the listing. We found the property even better in real life than in the listing photos. Isabelle is a person who gives you tips to enjoy the area, very available, accommodating and friendly. I will not hesitate at all to rent this accommodation again both for the very friendly person that is Isabelle and for the services offered by this accommodation (parking for cars closed by a remote control gate, fireplace, large living room to gather, functional kitchen with the high table perfect for aperitifs, sound music, a bedroom downstairs, fenced garden...)

Accurate description and photos. Great for families without a car, on the quiet street that connects the train station to the beach. Downtown access via Rue de la Gare or Sentier Côtier. Very well equipped kitchen. Pleasant garden with sheltered terrace. Well-appointed accommodation to stay in even in bad weather. Easy contact and flexible schedules. Thanks to our hosts.

apartment as described, but breakfast is not really real, certainly food from former tenants. Magali is very responsive and friendly. for this season the apartment is worth the price indicated but the cleaning rate and the rate taken by airbnb is too high.

Apartment in a very good location: everything is on foot! The embankments and the large beach are literally at the foot of the building. Downtown is just a 12-minute walk. Great location to put your car down and do anything by foot. The apartment is clean and functional. The balcony is a plus, the view is very pleasant. The shower is nevertheless quite small and inconvenient. i would highly recommend this apartment!

Stay with Fabiola absolutely perfect! The accommodation was as shown in the pictures, clean, quiet and easy to access. Fabiola is a very welcoming host and communication with her is very easy. I would 100% recommend!!

Very nice apartment, central location in Les Sables d'Olonne, everything can be done on foot, a few meters from the beach and a bakery that makes exquisite gâches! Top-notch amenities and decoration in the apartment. The city, with the festivities of Va'a, lived to Polynesian rhythms: canoe races, dances, stands..., a wonderful discovery. Thank you to Philippe for responding promptly to my questions and for his apartment, and to Nicole for hosting us and for her advice. We'll come back to that for sure. Paula

Very good hospitality from Laurent, impeccable room, except that unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our reservation because I had an intense lumbar crisis at the end of the day and we preferred to go home, shorten our week for fear of aggravation and not to bother our hosts. This will be postponed for another event. Thanks again to Laurent for hosting us.
