Nice 27m² studio with a double bed (160x200cm) and mattress with the best comfort! It is very well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in (I live there when it is not rented, so you feel at home!) The studio is located in downtown Nantes on a very quiet street and overlooks a small garden in the back. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the convention center, the castle, the university hospital and the lively Bouffay district. Transportation, shops, self-service bikes in direct proximity.

Have a great stay at Isabelle's. The heron's nest is a quiet little cocoon, very well decorated and equipped. The place is very well served by the tram, which allows you to reach the center of Nantes very quickly. And the outdoor area with the small garden, its fragrant roses and the heated pool allows you to rest well after walking around the city. I highly recommend it!

This was a perfect spot for a 5-day solo stay. All I wanted to see was within walking distance. I recommend a walk to the Marche de Talensac if you're doing any cooking or just want to pick up some cheeses. Lovely city and lovely spot for a home base.

Pascal's place is a winner. It had everything and more a traveler could want. It's tastefully decorated with a flair for art and design and has all the creature comforts of home. It's location is perfect for exploring Nantes. We really enjoyed visiting the Castle of the dukes of Brittany, a short walk away, the Fine Arts Museum of Nantes and the beautiful Botanical Garden a block away. Strolling and shopping in the neighborhood was incredible and although we didn't have much luck because of the holiday weekend, getting a reservation at some recommended restaurants, we did go to Lamaccotte for lunch and it was excellent. One of the best meals we had in France. Nantes is an awesome city and Pascal's apartment was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of our favorite Airbnbs. Book if it's available. You will be happy you did. Thank you, Pascal! A+

This was a great place for our family while we explored Nantes and the L’Île de Nantes especially. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The kids appreciated the patio even with the less than perfect weather. It was easy to get to the center and well connected. Also easy to park. A great spot!

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

This was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this apartment, and it was just as good as our last visit - it's spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Patricia is an excellent host : very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
