Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Île-d'Arz

I had a wonderful stay at Erwan's place on Île aux Moines, the view from the apartment is amazing, the large living room is extremely nice and comfortable. Erwan is very responsive and accessible. He was very accommodating for check-in.

Great stay in Quiberon. The house is conveniently located with direct access to the beach (ideal with young children). The layout of the house is very nice and friendly. Parking 2 spaces is a real plus. A first for us in this region and definitely not the last.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Everything was great 😀 One downside for the heating it was 14 degrees on arrival on December 30 and not easy to heat 😉

We had a great time with the girls at Astrid's house. Beautiful house, warm, cozy and thoughtful and equipped: you immediately felt good there. It is located, we will have taken advantage of the interior as well as the garden and access to trails and beaches. Astrid was available and gave great advice. A gem in this little corner of heaven that is Île aux Moines. We'll be back!

Stephanie and Philippe’s guest house checked all the boxes: *Brand new accommodation *Well designed and furnished *Private and quiet location *Comfortable bedding *Heated pool *Farmers’ Market in Sarzeau’s square-all shops and grocery store, restaurants were walkable *Secure, onsite parking But mainly, our hosts were supremely accommodating and kind and respectful of our privacy and wishes. We loved trying to communicate with them in our terrible French!

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

Perfect accommodation for couples to visit the Gulf of Morbihan. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very nice area for hiking, walks.

We had a wonderful time in Baden. The accommodation is very functional and perfectly located in Port Blanc. Very nice welcome and support from Clarisse, a great host.

We really enjoyed the apartment and its location. It was very clean, bright, on the top floor but with stairs wide enough to fit suitcases. A few small improvements would include enough dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and dish towels (one for a week was fair) for the stay. Bérengère responded quickly to our requests during the stay. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is large, perfectly equipped and with a LOT of storage. I really never had to buy anything except food, everything was available in large quantities. The location is just perfect, everything is within a 10 minute walk. Very pleasant also in this ultra central location to overlook beautiful gardens. Check-in could be done in advance, which was convenient for me. Only 2 downsides but already noted in many comments so not surprising: 1 noisy neighbor (but not after midnight or before 8 a.m.) and a slightly steep access staircase. In short, the perfect place for my 3-night stay, which I would have extended with pleasure.

Great stay as a family in Vannes. The apartment is in a perfect location near the center and the port, while preserving a quiet environment. Magali and Stéphane regularly checked in by message indicating their availability.

Very well located accommodation at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and on the edge of the pretty Kerfontaine beach... Functional accommodation, very good for 2 people, single storey, with superb view and terrace... The sea at the end of the garden, with the birds singing... Quiet and relaxing... (May)

Functional apartment and very friendly host

Pleasant, sunny and well-located apartment (easy walking access to the city center and the seaside), surrounded by well-maintained wooded green spaces, away from traffic noise. Downside to the insufficient lighting around the building in the evening.

Very nice stay for the second time, nice and very well-equipped apartment, ideally located with walk directly accessible on foot. Vincent is also a pleasant and flexible host!

this place is perfect! sublime life! peaceful place! kitchen has everything you need! balcony is great! bathroom is large! even the shower gel smells good. Corrine and her husband are adorable!
