Vacation rentals with a patio in Ildong-myeon

I loved that the place was tidy. I was worried about the low water pressure after seeing the reviews, but I didn't have any major inconveniences, and there was a little noise because it was near the station.

We were more than happy to have found this accommodation! Sangkyun was really kind and always happy to help!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I think this is the best place to stay if you're using the Hongcheon Bus Terminal! I also used the late checkout safely. Recommended.

I think it's more than a perfect place to stay. The cleanliness of the accommodation was not bad, and the three bathrooms in the large enough flat area were enough to play and enjoy with 8 friends. However, it is a top floor and duplex structure, and the air conditioner with a slightly weak performance compared to the flat water is installed, so when cooking and using fire during the hot summer day, the room temperature cannot be kept cool to about 30 degrees, and in the case of the second floor, it is quite hot at 36-38 degrees, so it is difficult to use, but you can choose delivery rather than cooking. If it's another cool season, even this one is flawless. I don't think it will work. The surrounding environment was quiet, and the top floor 2 faced each other, so even if it was noisy, the noise wasn't well transmitted to the house next door, so it was an advantage that I was able to play and relax with my friends. I was satisfied and had a good time.

Very good location, quiet, great view, easy to reach by public transport, good communication with the host, perfect for a week in Seoul! Definitely recommend! :)

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

The accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk from the lively Hongdae area and about 10 minutes from Yeonnam-dong. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful stay in a convenient location. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays and group trips. Since we traveled with elders, we often ended our day early and brought back takeout for dinner. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat food, with a microwave and oven available. Ready-to-eat rice packs are easily found at nearby convenience stores, which is very convenient for those used to eating rice. All three bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably open two 23-inch suitcases each, providing plenty of room. Overall, it’s a great place for family or group travel.

The host was a great communicator and prompt with full of helpful information. The place is well equipped and well stocked. The city youth center with gym was well maintained and helpful and close by. We enjoyed going for a walk along the Han River with great city views.

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

It was affordable and the facilities were good for the price. The owner was so kind and nice! I want to visit again next time ☺️

Clean, nice, convenient place .

Kj was a very accommodating host. We needed to make some adjustments and he helped us so that our needs were met. Kj offered lots of local recommendations and was always offering to help with things like taxi service or food delivery. The first morning after our arrival, he sent fresh fruit and tea to the house which was well received. Overall, a great host and a lovely place to stay!

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to chill out. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for your first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the host's kindness. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
