Newly renovated beautiful townhouse in Sydbyen, Silkeborg. The location by the lake places the house near Vestre Søbad, Østre Søbad, the forest, the city center and everything for everyday life. The townhouse has a large bright kitchen with dining space for 10 people. The house is on 4 floors with bedrooms in the basement, 2nd floor and 3rd floor with fixed sleeping space for 7 people and with the possibility of several extra beds. The house has a wood-burning stove and the most beautiful enclosed courtyard with a covered terrace, fireplace and a lovely greenhouse. The house has Clever stands.

The house is located in Gjessø, 7 km from Silkeborg - a lovely village with a well-stocked grocery store, playground and a small swimming lake with beach and bridge. From Gjessø, there is a bus to Silkeborg. As we have three cuddly and furry cats (see picture), we prioritize cat-loving tenants, who want to fill up the feeding machine 1-2 times a week and stroke them a little. The cats have a litter box in the hallway and are always out at night and when we are not home. The house's three beds are 120, 140 and 180 cm, respectively.
