We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal, it offers relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the view or use the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking is available either on the premises itself or in the private parking lot 50 meters away.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
