It is a two story California style two story house roof with two waters. It has a cochera for two cars. We have a shower to clean up after the beach, located on the patio. We have two income, the main one that leads to the dining room, a full equipped kitchen. The second entrance leads to the back rooms and service area. This second entrance is private, there is no need to enter the main house. We have a terrace on the second floor which is very spacious and laundry

The Design is inspired by ancient cosmic Andean civilization with contemporary and natural materials. This dream took 20 years to become reality. Jacuzzi, laundry, foods & kitchen are optional.

A modern kitchen is equipped with a large island featuring a dark countertop. Silver appliances, including a refrigerator and oven, complement the white cabinets. A large television is mounted on the wall, and six steel chairs are arranged around the island, providing ample seating.

It is a large beach house with very comfortable rooms and common spaces,, we have 2 very large gardens, backyards, green spaces, gym, garage, kitchen, dining room, large meeting room, etc. We're close to the beach. You can enjoy a super comfortable, quiet atmosphere and you will feel at home.

Our stay has the necessary essential implements for Covid-19 hygienic care, and safety is important at this time. The house has incredible ocean views, place of art and culture. You'll love my place because of the cozy space the location and the people where the SURF grows. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, adventurers, travelers, travelers, families (with children). Tranquility, rest, safety.

We had such a wonderful stay in Huanchaco with Oswaldo as our host! Both him and his wife were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The space was great and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend :)

We didn't meet Eli Wilfredo, but his mom, Rita, took care of us. We had a floor of our own with private bathrooms, spacious and clean room. Great breakfast. Close to the ruins of Chan Chan and public transportation to go to the center. Rita made sure everything went smoothly and gave us some great tips! Recommended.
