Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. The place is very cozy Clean towels and bed linen, it has a space that sells things right in front of the studio apartment with super affordable prices, we had total freedom in the place, without restriction to leave or enter I just didn't like that he doesn't have flexibility in the schedule to enter or leave, we had a mismatch at check-in and I had to wait for him for an hour, I suggest that he pass this information during the week to arrive at the place at the correct time Super recommend the location!

Nice place, clean, I felt at home, I just missed a blender and as SP is going through a wave of intense heat, so the fan was never enough, not even at night, I believe that when the weather is cold it must be wonderful, because the place is just cozy, I want to suggest a screen on the bedroom window for hot days to leave it open, as we did, otherwise it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the area, because the weather was very pleasant there. When we opened the door, it was a wonderful wind at night.

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

I had an excellent family weekend, the house is perfect , exactly like the photos , very airy , pool although not heated it was always pleasant , my children loved it , had a lot of fun in the pool , in the game room and in the playground toys. Safe , well-equipped and quiet house . Gabriela is an excellent hostess , responds quickly and with a lot of education . I will definitely return more often.

Andrea's house is fantastic, impeccably clean, good location, extremely comfortable, very well furnished and equipped, we stayed as four people but the house comfortably accommodates many more people.
