I and my Family are delighted with the house, exactly as described but I congratulate the hosts for the care and cleanliness of the place. Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

We had a wonderful experience at Bruna's home in Vineyard! From the beginning, we were very well received and felt at home. The property is spacious, with a charming outdoor area and a pool perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The house is well equipped, with several comfortable rooms, ideal for those looking for quiet and practicality. I, my wife Erika and our dogs enjoyed every moment. The structure is also excellent for those who travel with pets — they had as much fun as we did! Bruna was super attentive and available throughout the stay, which made all the difference. We thank you so much for the reception and affection! We are sure to recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.

Hostess 10/10, Mrs. Antonia is spectacular, she offered us bed linen (and if we needed more, we could request it, outstanding accommodations, if you squeeze in, it serves 02 adults and 02 small children with excellence, but the correct number is 03 adults or children in total, location close to tourist spots, I went by car but I noticed a flow of app cars in the neighborhood, which by the way is very quiet, if I need to return to Campinas, I will definitely go to Mrs. Antonia's house. The house is cute. Small, very comfortable and complete. Everything was very clean, smelling good and organized, the new kitchen was beautiful. Both Raul and Ronaldo, who are responsible for the property, were helpful, punctual, always available for contact, questions or tips in the localities. The house accommodated our entire family exactly as it was described in the listing! João was very attentive, flexible and fast in interactions and guidelines for access. The location is great, in a traditional and family neighborhood in Campinas and easy to access.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The Iracema house is super cozy, and she is a great host.

I went to work, Ivanilda was kind at check out, clean house, extremely quiet neighborhood. We were in five, we were well accommodated muiiiiiitooooo and still had small treats, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, detergent and mineral water, including in the refrigerator.

The house exceeded expectations! It's even more beautiful than in the photos! It was extremely clean, with everything we needed for our stay! The details of the house delighted everyone! Surrounded by nature, super private and quiet! We stayed in touch with Alexandre, who was super helpful, although we didn't need anything, as everything was in order! The barbecue area being separate from the house was another positive point, as the path to it is charming! The view from the pool is a spectacle! Points to be improved: the refrigerator inside the house was not 100% at the bottom, but it did not affect the stay and the pool because it does not have a heater, the water is cold! However, this did not interfere with the great experience we had! I would definitely come back!

Núbia is very solicitous and attentive. We love the place. The photos look smaller than the hall. Small items needed maintenance and Nubia was willing to settle during our stay, but we didn't think it was necessary. It did not disturb us in our stay. This further showed your attention to us. Tudos we needed had on-site. Piscina the service provider came early to clean. Unspeakable. As in the description, the guest brick house does not have access and Nubia warned us that someone could access the house, but that it would not bother us and we would not see. In fact, someone accessed the house and didn't bother us. We want to come back more often.

The village of Kona is an excellent place to relax and rest. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is very new, clean and organized. We stayed 7 days and found the necessary utensils and appliances for our stay and convenience. Soft and comfortable bed, clean sheets, good shower. The place is about 5 km from downtown Serra Negra, perfect for those looking to disconnect and stay calm. Very safe condominium and region. Jessica, our host, is a sweetheart! Very attentive and helpful. Always concerned with serving us in the best way. The accommodation served us perfectly, we will definitely be back to stay there!
