The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

The 35m2 apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, oak double bed 180x200, sofa bed for daily sleeping 160x200, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has a spacious private bathroom and a balcony.
