This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Welcome to beautiful Hällsvik. For those who want a glimpse of the sea from the accommodation and a stone's throw to the swimming cove with a kiosk, cliff walks, forest areas and playgrounds for children.
