Charming villa in village close to the sea.

The house is located in the village of Fjaltring close to popular Høfte Q, where you can swim, fish and surf. There is plenty of space and nice views of the fields and the North Sea from the 1st floor. It is about 850 meters to the sea. The garden is lovely. There is a sauna and shower in the basement, bathroom on the ground floor and toilet on the first floor. Heating is with air-air heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. El koster 2,75 dKr. pr. kWh, vand koster 47 dKr. pr. m3. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, this costs DKK 75 per person.

Relax with your family in this amazing place🏡 The house has 4 bedrooms, one room has 4 beds and a baby bed🛌😴 The rest of the rooms has 2 beds. There is a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is a forest 5 minut from the house, where you can go for walks🌲🌳 2 km from the house you will find a large PUT AND TAKE🎣 - and there is also football golf⚽️🥅 So if you want peace and quiet and like nature, this is a great place to spend your holiday🌞
