Lots of walks nearby either to the pubs in Little Missenden, Penn woods and Penn Street or further into Old Amersham. Shared use of a large garden and tennis court.

Nitu is a fabulous host she is very friendly welcoming & responsive, nothing is too much for her. Check in very easy lockbox and WiFi code sent in a very timely way but Nitu and her husband were also there to greet us on arrival. Inside the apartment she has thought of every little detail providing all the basics and more. It is very well kept & clean, photographs are a true representation. She made our stay special and even did balloons for the baby which he loved and had days of fun with. The accommodation is a lovely, well appointed and spotless basement apartment and there are two options for parking: - on the street with stairs down or - a private backroad driveway but it’s quite steep and you have to be a fairly confident driver to navigate. The walk into town was easy about 15 mins but I wouldn’t recommend with a pram as the property is on a fairly steep hill so pushing that back up is a little difficult maybe with a baby carrier it would be easier? Thank you Nitu !

This was a lovely find. we will be using it again. so quiet, yet very close to the middle of Wycombe. reserved parking space but enough room for a second car outside the apartment. really easy access via a key safe.. ideal for the family reunion which we had as there was no space at our daughter's. fully equipped, very clean and tidy, modern and well presented.. beds were a bit tight to the walls but that was the only criticism of this lovely flat.

Hugh and Helen’s place is a stylish, spacious and very comfortable ‘Nest’ that makes for a peaceful and relaxing place from which to explore the Chilterns. The modern garden apartment had all the amenities needed for our trip and the hosts made us feel very welcome, with added treats and thoughtful touches. The hosts’ communication was excellent - with comprehensive instructions and recommendations to help us get full use out of our stay and were discretely on hand if we had needed anything. Their attention to detail, and the efforts taken to lessen the environmental impacts of a stay, is commendable. We thoroughly recommend The Nest and would like to thank Hugh and Helen for letting us enjoy part of their beautiful home and garden for a few days.
