Housing on a natural plot

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Delightful 5-star cottage

Make some good memories in this beautiful cottage, located on a large, fenced natural plot, with both shelter and fireplace. There is a wilderness bath, outdoor shower, indoor spa and sauna. The beach is only 700 meters from the house, and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, with dunes and very child-friendly. Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Max. 8 people, 1 baby + 1 dog.

The heart of the house is the inviting kitchen, which is the natural gathering point after a day at the beach. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Short walk 5-10 min (750 m.) to child-friendly sandy beach. The beach has been named one of Denmarks best. New 65M2 large south-west facing terrace 2024. New large extension, four new bedrooms with good beds, underfloor heating and a large new bathroom with sauna, two bathrooms in total 126 m2. Ice cream kiosk and quality burger by the beach within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants 10 min drive. New terrace with deckchairs, parasol, table etc. large trampoline in the garden.
