Wonderfull house with an enchanting garden

We love familytime, play, nature and good food. We have renovated our dream house and garden, to embrace and nurture these feelings. Our garden is adventureous and simply one of the top spots in our world. We are on a quiet road 4,5 km from Aarhus center, 1,5 km from the beach, 500 m from the forrest and surrounded by top shopping opportunities, if you like food, wine and icecream.. If your family is here to enjoy Aarhus and the wonderfull nature surrounding it, this is a great choice.

Flot ny villa fra 2016 i flere plan med flotte lys indfald og en skøn grøn udsigt. Boligen er på 230 kvm, og har en stor flot have samt flere terrasser. Boligen ligger på en stille vej og tæt på skov, strand, centrum. Moesgaard Museum, ARoS, indkøbs muligheder. På terrassen er der have møbler og grill og i haven er der bål og mange solrige kroge samt trampolin og legehus til børnene Boligen egner sig til to familier, eller en familie med 2-4 børn. En perle i roligt og grønt område.

Wonderful Family Villa with outdoor hot tub

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located close to the city and yet close to the forest and a beach suitable for swimming. Buy fresh fish, Italian ice cream and good wine at Kridthøjtorv only 200 meters away. The house is located within cycling/walking distance to the center of Aarhus, but there are also good bus connections. Do not rent to groups of young people. Primarily for families with children and there can be 2 families with children.
