The apartment consists of, hallway, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. In the kitchen-dining room there is extra bed for 2 people on the sofa bed. Close to Sdr. Ege beach and Siim forest. Ry is the "capital" of Denmark's most beautiful and wild nature in the middle of the Lake Highlands. There are opportunities for sailing with Kano and Kayak, fishing, hiking, exciting bike rides on mountain biking, racing bike. At the accommodation there is equipment for washing bicycles and indoor storage of the same.

The cozy frames are created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Newly built wooden house (128 sqm) in quiet surroundings with access to its own 56 sqm balcony; shared electric heated wilderness bath (by agreement) and garden. There is a fantastic panoramic view of the countryside and a view of the Bay of Aarhus from every room and the balcony. The bedroom with a double bed, 50" TV and plenty of closet space. The kitchen has 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, tub and 2 sinks. Living room with dining area armchair, sofa and 50" TV.

Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. A lovely oasis in the middle of the city - villa

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Cozy wooden house with large scenic garden

Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy Swedish style wooden house with a covered terrace. The house is secluded with a large garden out to the fields. Here is ample opportunity to relax for the adults and play for the kids. The location is central in East Jutland. By car or by bus it is not far to Aarhus and all its sights. In the opposite direction is Legoland and Lego House with lots of fun for the kids. Close to the house are Mrs Møller's farm shops, which are also worth a visit.

Wonderfull house with an enchanting garden

We love familytime, play, nature and good food. We have renovated our dream house and garden, to embrace and nurture these feelings. Our garden is adventureous and simply one of the top spots in our world. We are on a quiet road 4,5 km from Aarhus center, 1,5 km from the beach, 500 m from the forrest and surrounded by top shopping opportunities, if you like food, wine and icecream.. If your family is here to enjoy Aarhus and the wonderfull nature surrounding it, this is a great choice.

Unique house with beautiful view - quietly located

Flot ny villa fra 2016 i flere plan med flotte lys indfald og en skøn grøn udsigt. Boligen er på 230 kvm, og har en stor flot have samt flere terrasser. Boligen ligger på en stille vej og tæt på skov, strand, centrum. Moesgaard Museum, ARoS, indkøbs muligheder. På terrassen er der have møbler og grill og i haven er der bål og mange solrige kroge samt trampolin og legehus til børnene Boligen egner sig til to familier, eller en familie med 2-4 børn. En perle i roligt og grønt område.

Villa apartment on a closed road in Risskov. As a guest here you have two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fireplace and a kitchenette where you can prepare light meals. Shining the sun, you can enjoy the garden and the private terrace. There is underfloor heating everywhere. One room is furnished with two single beds and a desk, while the other room is furnished with a double bed and there is the possibility of an extra bed on a daybed (80x190 cm).
