I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The stunning view of the mountains was truly beautiful. The host was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with, and always ready to help if needed. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Excellent séjour avec une superbe météo ce qui a participé à ce que nos vacances soient extra évidemment ! Logement impeccable et très beau, conforme à la description Cornelia est une super hôte. Nous ne l’avons pas vu physiquement mais avons eu beaucoup d’échanges fructueux et sympathiques via l’appli Emplacement idéal à proximité de quelques lacs dont le Starnberg See qui est à 15mn à pied (ballades bateau baignade…) ou l’Ammersee qui est à 10mn en voiture En 45mn on est à Munich, en 1h10 au château de Neuschwanstein et donc 10mn de plus et on est ds le Tirol… Nous recommandons a tout le monde un séjour ici Tchuss

Wir hatten ein unglaublich tolles Mädels-Wochenende. Die Unterkunft ist super modern und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir abends grillen konnten. Kati ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die schnell antwortet und keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Umgebung ist absolut idyllisch. Morgens liefen Kühe an unserem Haus vorbei und wir konnten direkt von der Haustüre aus schöne Spaziergänge machen. Auch Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben es absolut genossen und können das Airbnb klar weiterempfehlen =)

We had a fantastic time here- it was an amazing home base as we explored the Munich area. The beds were amazing, and we felt like we were at home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I loved the coffee/espresso maker. The bonus pantry of food was also very helpful. Mike was an awesome, friendly host, and I loved the Saturday morning breakfast of pretzels, buns and sweets. All in all, an amazing stay, and we were sad to leave!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – besser als auf den Bildern! Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Möbel und Ausstattung sind hochwertig und modern. Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – alles sehr gepflegt und auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Bett ist äußerst komfortabel mit guter Matratze und hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Auch das Badezimmer ist top: sauber, modern, geschmackvoll. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein – ruhig, mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Internetverbindung ist schnell und stabil, ideal zum Streamen oder Arbeiten. Alles war blitzsauber – Bad, Küche, Bett – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür sorgt für eine entspannte Anreise. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können – wir kommen sicher wieder!

Schöne große Wohnung mit toller Lage nähe der Fußgängerzone. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Regendusche :-) Es war alles vorhanden was man als Familie benötigt. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt für einen Ausflug ins Legoland. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage Stadtberg, am Wochenende waren genug Plätze frei, man muß nur den Aufzug hochfahren und steht schon vor dem Eingang der Wohnung. Auch das viatnamesische Schnellrestaurant gegenüber hat ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Wir werden die Wohnung sicher weiterempfehlen.
