Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

Very satisfying stay, the room is the same as the description, the whole check-in process was smooth. Linh is very friendly and kind.The room is in a great location.The only thing that was not good was that I saw a small reptile in the room during check-in, and the room was too close to the street, and there was a car engine sound.But overall I'm satisfied, I'll be back.

Our stay was brilliant. The communication was great with the host and we were greeted by a friendly security guard who also made us feel very comfortable. The room was perfect and we had a great time exploring the local area as well as easy transport into the city centre.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Had a 3 day city break staying at Anh’s place and it’s every bit as stylish and charming as the photos suggest. I would like to thank her for the fantastic communication and especially for the list of recommendations that she sent over on arrival, such as the great coffee shop next door and the fabulously atmospheric hidden restaurant. I live in Saigon and have stayed at lots of different airbnbs for staycations and this one was really lovely! Super spacious, great lighting and great location for walking around, lots of nearby shops and cafes. Would recommend.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photos, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is cleaner, and it is located in the alley of the downtown area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money.
