Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

Anna was the best on top of already a great stay that was very relaxing and convenient, she helped facilitate the retrieval of two items we left behind. She was absolutely lovely and an amazing host

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

Lovely experience staying in a more traditional style Vietnamese home in a residential area. Every amenity is in a different floor so you'll be going up and down stairs all day - we quite liked it after a while. Piano and wall paintings a nice touch. Had everything we needed and having such space was wonderful. Beds were a bit too hard though. It is about 15-20 walk the main old quarter area, having to cross a very busy road which can be hairy at times. But on this side of the road there's local cafes, shops, Winmart etc. Mostly very quiet at night which was lovely and unusual for Vietnam! Hosts were very kind and polite, and helpful when we had trouble with the lock. Tip: try and keep bedroom doors shut as mozzies love to come in via bathrooms!

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

Really nice cozy place, much nicer outside than in the picture. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! I will come back next time I visit Hanoi.

Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. We had a great stay at Vespers apartment . It was functional and clean and had a comfy bed. The stairs can be a bit daunting at first but we soon got used to them. The apartment is right in the old town so it can get a bit busy but we loved being in this area.

I recently stayed at ThuyAnh's place and found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom that met all our needs. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Although we initially had trouble finding our way in, ThuyAnh was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot - even late at night. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

It was the same as the photo, and the host was friendly.

I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a second Korean village apartment in Midding, so I could see dozens of Koreans every day, and the security of the building was thorough. There were convenience stores, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, and Korean supermarkets on the first floor of the building, and there were Korean laundry, Korean night restaurants, Korean bakeries, Saemaeul Restaurant, Hong Kong Spot, Dukki Tteokbokki, Heidi Lao, and Korean Butcher Shop in the complex, so it was like living in Korea. The apartments in Ho Chi Minh City had a lot of noise between the walls, but it was quiet between floors and walls, and there was a lake in the picture, so the view from the house was good, and it was good to go out and run. Midding is very close, and it was convenient to be able to move to Hoan Kiem or Lotte Mart for 3-4,000 won by Uber. The only drawback was that it was under a dozen or so soccer fields, so the only downside was that people playing soccer until late every day were a bit noisy. I intend to revisit very high.

Ideal place to stay, very attentive staff, ideal common areas, and everything very clean and tidy.
