Nice clean Villa. In a quiet location, but cheap taxis and peds mean you can still reach the main town. Includes a washing machine and very nice, clean salt-water pool. Perfect for those that want a quieter, more private experience compared to the main town. Would overall recommend.

Нам понравился отдых в доме Chanjit! Хоть дом и немного далековат от городской среды, это не мешало наслаждаться отпуском в полной мере. До города и моря мы как ходили пешком (занимало 40 минут), так и использовали такси (в среднем тратили 70-80 бат и 10 минут времени). Вокруг дома практически никого, только изредка проезжали местные жители и стая собак, которые не создавали угрозы, но лаяли по вечерам. Уборка и чистка бассейна проходили по расписанию, в удобное для всех время, поэтому мы почти не пересекались и не мешали процессу. Все было чисто и замечательно. Благодаря грилю мы самостоятельно готовили морепродукты, за что большое спасибо. Отдельно благодарим Chanjit за предоставление услуги в виде трансфера. Это помогло нам добраться до парка Phaya Nakhon Cave и до аэропорта Suvarnabhumi.

Nice and clean place definitely worth it. House is modern and the pool is refreshing.

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

Usually reviews are given to emphasize the negative things. Well, that's where the problem lies. We, my wife and I have been thinking for 2 days what is negative about the house, the helpfulness and service by the landlords Oy and Ted. But no matter what we try, there is really nothing negative to think of. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Oy and Ted are every tenant's dream. The house: On arrival a full fruit bowl An abundance of all kinds of supplies, water, coffee, tea, cooking herbs etc. tissues (really everywhere), kitchen roll, even the detergent and laundry detergent was replenished, barbecue charcoal. We can't think of anything that hasn't been replenished. Everything is included. Top swimming pool. Oy comes to clean 1 x a week. Oy and Ted also know many nice places to eat, and get food. We were taken by them to a local market to eat . All in all, we can, and want to give Oy and Ted a huge compliment and a big hug for their top care. Thank you so much from us Femmie & John

Vi havde 4 SKØNNE dage i dette fantastiske smukke skønne hus med en verdens klasse udsigt 😉 Jeg spiller selv golf og Eva hjælp mig med 50 % på greenfee. Fantastisk smuk bane. Min familie kunne følge med fra den skønne pavillon da jeg kom til hul 8. Alt i alt et super skønt hus med en MEGET smuk, skøn pool 👍 En fornøjelse at sidde og spise morgenmad og aftensmad på den skønne Terrasse. Vi brugte den app der hedder Bolt til at bestille taxa når vi tog ud og handle eller ind til Hua Hin centrum. Indtjekningen gik perfekt. Khun Ploy som er vært hjælp med at få bestilt massage og kom med mango frugt en dag. Verdens klasse ophold. Mit bedste af 6 forsøg via Airbnb. Venlig hilsen Per

We fit 8 adults and a toddler very comfortably in the house. The house was fun and unique! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating as well! We were able to eat the the cafe right beside the house and they also delivered. This made breakfast and lunch very easy! I highly recommend staying at this property!

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

Absolutely great place to stay :) Everything is exactly the same as described in the pictures. The whole house is very beautiful and clean. The pool is the highlight! We can go straight to the beach from the house and the beach is very beautiful and very clean. The housemaid is very nice and friendly. The host (K’mind) is super nice, very responsive and helpful. :) We can order delicious seafood right from the house! Another great thing is you get all premium streamings to watch! They have everything from netflix/prime/disney+/ HBO max and more. And also 2 microphones for karaoke. :D Really recommend for the family/ friends trip!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the sea, making it super convenient to go for a swim or relax by the water anytime. The house itself was very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The hosts were incredibly kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely house on the beautiful beach & great location. We were 10 staying in for a week. We love the hospitality of the owner & the helpful, polite & very kind cleaning lady who assisted for whatever we need such as ordering delicious foods from the restaurants in the neighborhood, finding the transports etc. This place really makes us feel like home.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

Notre séjour à Chiang Mai dans cet maison était parfait ! Le Airbnb est situé dans un petit quartier en centre-ville donc très pratique pour se promener à pieds ! Tout est à proximité et les host sont très accueillant et attentifs aux différentes demandes, nous y retourneront sans hésiter !

We were a group of 8 adults and 3 kids.We had a marvelous time! Ernest helped arrange a very large van to bring all of us from Bangkok to VR and back because we didn't have a car. The housekeeper met us and gave us a house tour and all it's amenities. She was with us during the day and helped us by driving the house's Saleng (motorcycle powered "car" it's bigger than a Tuk Tuk). There were also 4 adult bikes. The house we saw in pictures was exactly what we got! It's spacious and spotlessly clean! Common areas were well arranged. Bedrooms were laid out like a hotel's.Each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking & has plenty of plates, silverware, etc A 7-11 store and some Thai & western restaurants are a few minutes walk.The beach is a 6 minute walk.Only some kite surfers were on the water, we had the beach to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.We are already discussing returning to VR and we very highly recommend Villa Roca!

Lyn is a very nice and friendly person. She response to my messages really fast. Her place is very new and looks exactly in the photos. The rooms are very spacious and clean and all of my friends enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice getaway place for big gathering with family and friends. The location is really good as well. It is very near to a 7-11 and some nice chill out bars. I highly recommend Lyn's place and will look forward to going back again in the future.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern. Unten gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn- und Essbereich. Oben nochmal ein Schlafzimmer und eine sehr große Dachterrasse. Auch der Pool mit eigener Wasserrutsche ist super. Unbedingt sollte man auch das Restaurant Rossarin Eatery besuchen. Es ist gerade nebenan und man kann dort sehr gut Essen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

A lovely little villa. With a nice private pool in a quiet gated community. The small village that’s nearby has lots of great food and massage parlors.

I had a wonderful stay here! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The house was just as beautiful as in the photos—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. All the amenities were fully provided, making everything super convenient. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lovely getaway.

Très belle maison , dans un quartier calme, la piscine est grande et permet vraiment de nager. La localisation nécessite d’avoir une voiture ou d’avoir recours à un taxi pour se déplacer (shopping,restaurants,plage) La wifi est efficace . Nous avons regretté l’absence d’eau chaude dans 2 chambres sur 4 , ce qui en période « froide » est un peu inconfortable. Sinon tout était très bien et nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Villa clean, pleasant, comfortable and as described with all equipments and even more than expected. Kitchen and ustensils are very clean and in good conditions which is rare enough to be mentioned. The housekeeper is very nice and always reactive to support any requests. Very good place for relaxing with the family, recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Krisana's Pool Villa at Busaba in Hua Hin. Gardens were gorgeous, pool was inviting and the setting was peaceful and private. This is an older villa, but very well maintained by Krisana and her husband. Both are super responsive and helpful with local information. Safety and security were top notch, as there's 24 hour security. Local flavour is very close, with a day market a stroll away, and, of course, several 7-Eleven stores nearby! One of our Bolt drivers (similar to Uber) summed it up well as we drove into the neighbourhood - this area has good energy. Thanks so much Krisana and John - we will be back!

Geir's house was perfect for our family trip to Hua Hin. We especially loved the pool and outdoors kitchen! Oke thing that wasn't mentioned on the description of the house, was that there was a water dispenser at the house, which we could get refilled when Geir's team came and picked up trash. This meant that we were saved from having to pick up large amount of drinking water to the family, which was awesome! I can highly recommend this house!

Me and my family had a gorgeous relaxing time. We loved the villa and our stay new and clean. Tee and her team were so lovely and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here with friends or family. 🫶🏼🥂💕
