Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowing boat.

The property is perfect for active holidays, the slopes of West Himos and the first snow track are near the villas, and in the summer it is a short distance to the golf course. The cottage is located on a hillside with a path and stairs to the lakeside sauna, so it's not well suited for people with limited mobility. The cottage has a glass porch where you can dine with rain. Gas grill on the terrace. The cottage has electric heating and an air source heat pump. Beach sauna and beach, at the end of the pier, the beach deepens quickly.

Finnish country idyll at its best. Completely renovated and well-equipped log cabin with a yard sauna in Pihlajakoski. Located in the middle of the summer village, next to the harbor. A large tent is available for rent. Restaurant Wonkamies next door serves in the summer. Harbor café and summer village events, all within walking distance. There is also a tennis court in the village! - Himos Ski Resort approx. 30 km - Isojärvi National Park approx. 35 km - Serlachius Museums approx. 65 km Himos - 28 min drive away!!

Nice & cosy cottage in Himos

Cozy cottage in Himos. Suitable for families and groups of friends up to 10 persons. Well functioning floor plan. Four separate bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs, giving privacy and room for own space. Additional two beds upstairs with good space around. Toilets on the ground floor AND upstairs. Safe and easy staircase. Sauna and a roomy shower room. Kitchen with needed equipment and a good size dining table. Spacious sofa group for socializing, TV etc. Lake and lots of activities close by.

A-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Tilava ja tyylikäs mökki pysäyttävällä järvimaisemalla. Mökkiin mahtuu niin perheet kuin isommatkin seurueet (5 mh+saunatupa). Vuodepaikat 12+2, sekä pinnasänky. Pihalla ja omalla hiekkarannalla onnistuu leikit ja uiminen. Tontille tulee kaunis aamuaurinko. Mökki on täysin varusteltu. Mökki sijaitsee Suomen 2. suurimman järven rannassa. Laituriin saat isonkin veneen parkkiin. Veneenlaskupaikka löytyy. Mökin hinta ei sisällä mökin siivousta. Siivouspalvelu on erikseen ostettavissa.

Mummola Himoksen kupeessa/ House next to Himos

Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.
