It’s an excellent option for someone looking for a place near Shimla, yet reasonably away from the crowds. The walks around the woods are lovely and peaceful. The property is nicely kept and makes you feel absolutely at home, just as the pictures. Manjeet was always accessible over calls and was a great and friendly host. Chunnilal, the caretaker is the star of the property- always available for anything with a smile on his face. Much recommended if you are in Mashobra!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The space is exceptionally well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, and impeccably clean. One of the highlights was the stunning view of nature from the balcony—it made every morning and evening feel so serene. The host was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our visit. He generously accommodated both an early check-in and a late checkout (which was possible as the property wasn’t booked for that day). Overall, it was a perfect experience—peaceful, convenient, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

😀 - The complete experience of the stay is awesome...The staff of Anand mai retreat helped us get to the property.The property itself is very nicely located, overlooking the ranges and has a great vibe to it. It's very well laid out with well.appointed rooms and a great staff! The property gets the morning sun and has nice lawns to enjoy the outdoors. The cook at the property, is excellent with the menu. The food is good and very well cooked. All other details are taken care of asper requirement. 😊

Our stay was lovely and relaxing! The property had a peaceful vibe with a stunning view that made mornings extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and attentive. One thing that i don't like is about the food we ordered from Taste Buds, which was just okay and took over an hour to arrive. But apart from that, everything else was great and i'd definitely recommend this place for a cozy stay in Shimla!

Amber Vista Homestay gave me and my family an unforgettable experience. Right from when we arrived, our host Tribhun Bhardwaj was so welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was great. The food was amazing, with a variety of local dishes that really added to the whole experience. Every meal felt like a taste of the region and was delicious. But the absolute highlight was the stunning mountain view. Waking up to that incredible sight every morning was something we’ll never forget, it was magical.
