+260 m2 family friendly functional villa in Klampenborg. The house is from the 1930s but renovated and modernized. Plenty of space, simple and stylish decor and ideal for 2 adults + up to 3 children. Garden with garden furniture, as well as an older playhouse, sandbox and play rack. Great location! 1 min to Dyrehaven and Bakken. 5 min to Bellevue as well as S-train and regional trains, so you in under 15 min are in KBH. In addition, a short bike ride to Skovshoved Harbor, Taarbæk and Charlottenlund. Also recommended to take trips to the North Coast.

Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there is plenty of room to play, cozy up or watch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.

Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)

Wonderful house with room for the big family

Functional, new house from 2021 in nice and safe surroundings. Close to forest, beach and shopping. The garden facing south, allowing for a lot of sun and play in the garden. The house has all modern equipment, large terrace, Wifi, two bathrooms and exercise equipment. There's room for the big dinner and the cozy time in front of the TV. It overlooks a small lake from the house that all year round and regardless of the weather provides peace of mind.
