Vacation rentals with beach access in Hillarys

We had an amazing stay at Observation Rise! The hosts were fantastic – they were quick to respond to any requests and went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. The location is brilliant, just steps away from Scarborough Beach, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and cafés. However, be aware that the area can get quite busy. During the week, trucks passing through can be a bit noisy, and on weekends, there’s a noticeable flow of traffic as people flock to the beach. But honestly, that’s all part of the lively Scarborough vibe. The apartment itself is excellent – spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The on-site facilities, were a standout, the variety of amenities exceeded our expectations, with full and half-size tennis courts, indoor pool, spa, sauna, and the stunning lagoon pool, which added a real resort feel to our stay. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay by the beach.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was spacious, clean and felt safe. We enjoyed listening to the kookaburra in the trees outside, and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet. It’s only a short drive to the beach and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Ted and Rebecca's Cottesloe apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from the beach, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect base to explore the area. Ted and Rebecca's hospitality truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. Their generosity and attentiveness were evident from the moment we arrived. They are the definition of super hosts! I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rod and Leonie’s place. The location in Sorrento was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Rod and Leonie were fantastic hosts—thoughtful, responsive, and very accommodating. Their clear communication made everything so easy, from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the small touches that made our stay so special, and it’s clear that Rod and Leonie take great pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests. We had a lovely stay at The Loft House. It was in a fantastic location and we had a swim each morning. There is plenty of space and a gorgeous little garden to relax in. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around. The house has lots of nice open spaces to enjoy. Sita was an excellent host and very responsive

Matt and Carly’s house was so beautiful! In a great location and a spacious area, great for a group of friends or a family to stay! The beach was walkable, as were lots of cafes and restaurants (10-20mins). Matt and Carly were so quick to respond to us and were super flexible with check in and out times which was so helpful to us with early and late flight times. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely weekend in South Freo. The house is super close to lots of great restaurants and pubs, as well as the beach. The house is comfortable and clean, with everything you need in the kitchen to prep a meal if you don’t want to go out… Thank you for a wonderful stay

Sandra’s place is in a great and peaceful location. We used it as a base to explore further up north. There is everything you need as a family. Highly recommended.

Sarah’s beach house was perfect for my family and me! It was right by the water which we loved and easily accessible right off the street. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying here again if given the opportunity. Sarah also left a lovely gift basket with goodies and fresh food items in the fridge to welcome us!

Perfect place to stay with a puppy. Walking distance to the beach and dog friendly restaurants. Secure garage for car and dogs. Very nice home and Gillian made us feel very welcome. Lovely quiet safe place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location and the way the home has been decorated gives it a lovely beach vibe. The bed linen was lovely quality and the outdoor are was great, being partially undercover with nice furniture. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I would have liked but works for a short stay, and some of the kitchen items were well used, but it was clean and had the important items. We really enjoyed the location and Matt was a great host, with lots of nice touches and items in the home that are definitely added extras that you don’t always get in hopes. Altogether, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend Matt’s home

The place was nice and clean, and we felt at comfortable during our stay. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to bring us extra items when we couldn’t find them in the house which was much appreciated.

We had a great stay at Jen’s place. The apartment is in an older block but is newly renovated and well equipped with everything you need. You can’t beat the location - it’s close to all the cafes, restaurants and pubs, the markets and the harbour for fish and chips and easy day trip to Rottnest. We walked everywhere and loved exploring Freo!

Absolutely love this airbnb! Brian is so accomodating and lovely and the apartment has so many special touches! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful and spacious accommodation. Loved the space outside, where we could sit and relax. The kitchen was impressive, and very clean. Beds were comfortable too. We really enjoyed our stay, wish we could have spent more time here!

Perfect stay in Perth! 5/5 My friend and I stayed for almost 3 months at Mark’s apartment and it is by far one of our best airbnb experience ever. Upon arrival the flat was sparkling clean and full of amenities of the best quality. Mark even provided groceries which was very agreeable. Everything is exactly like the pictures. Beds are big and comfortable. The sofa has been renewed and is nicer than on the pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. All cleaning products are provided for your stay. The location is safe, quiet and convenient: 15-20 minutes by foot to the city center. You may even say that you are in the fancy area of Perth. Buses are also available in front of the building. We were also provided two rackets of tennis which we used to play at the tennis field at level LG. There is also a great pool and small gym in the building. Mark greeted me upon arrival and explained everything. He was very friendly and responsive. I recommend 100%.
