This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Beautiful open space. Giancarlo was super responsive, especially when accommodating last minute requests. We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing together as a family. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, historic sites. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

This place is a MUST. The place is located right next to ocean park beach. The house Is located in a gated community which made everything feel more secure. Although it rained majority of our stay, due to how close we were to the beach, we were still able to catch sun in the morning.

Despite the setback related to power outage to the entire island, Alexander's place had electricity. Thankfully we didn't have deal with the heat at night. Alexander proactively reached out to make sure we were comfortable. The beach chairs were a plus for our trips to the beaches in the island. having a second bathroom with a shower made showertime much more convenient. We likely will stay again at some point.

Josh has a well maintained beautiful home. It’s very aesthetic and has a good vibe. The only thing we do we recommend for the place is to offer shampoo and conditioner, not just body wash.

This is a very comfortable apartment. It's very clean, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. There was ac and I think nice blackout curtains in all bedrooms. The neighborhood is safe (gated community) and calm to sleep at night for our family with young children. The pool is close by and the beach is very calm and at an easy walking distance, even for the kids. There was a power outage during our stay and the owner was very thoughtful to drop off a lantern. The owner responded quickly to our questions, and someone welcomes you at the door during check in. I wished we'd had a longer stay, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I would rate this Villa an 11 out of 10! Our stay was fabulous! Loved the fact that we walked to the pool and was able to play some tennis, and take a stroll through the jogging trails. The Villa was spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright! Loved the renovated kitchen and was packed with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds are heaven! Loved the location, as it’s just a 30 min drive to San Juan, and a 40 min drive to the east west of the island. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Maria again!!!! I STRONGLY recommend this Villa, for those looking to book! Thank you Maria, for making us feel like home away from home.

We were a group of 11 guys on a bachelor party. Air BnB is exactly as described. There are 11 rooms and each room has its own bathroom en suite or in the hallway. Each room has its own split unit ac/heater. Most rooms also have a small balcony. Roof is to die for, they have a hot tube and a pool, and a designated smoking area. You can be as loud as you want on the roof. 24/7. The area itself seems to be a little sketch at night, but looks normal during the day. Very close to playa Puerto which is also very beautiful. Only thing to note, there are security cameras in the living rooms. Our group was okay with that but I feel like some people could have an issue with this, so just be mindful of that.

House is in Great Location Close to Beaches and Restaurants!! we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was beautiful, very clean, and felt safe the entire time. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, including great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Christophe’s place was perfect. Probably the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was really clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. He went above and beyond by providing us with a baby walker as well as a crib for our 10 month old. The beach gear and beach wagon was awesome for the kids and the walk to the beach was so short. The beach is beautiful and the water is perfect for kids to play. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Lots of shopping and places to eat so close to the townhouse. Balneirio de Monserat is a super close drive. Loved having a beach right behind the townhouse to walk to. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Monica and Maureen for a lovely stay.

Marc's home was absolutely as described, with more than we could have expected. The walkability alone was worth the stay! The home was inviting with plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to make meals throughout our stay, the outdoor space and pool were great for us to spend quality fun time together, the rooms spacious and the bathrooms stocked. What a great stay. Marc was fast to respond to any questions we had, no issues, just curious people in our group, and he was always gracious and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet with only occasional traffic or pet noises - access to the beach was simple and private! What a treat!

Jose’s place was perfect. We had a great time. Loved the bedrooms, decorations, and pool! Plenty of space. It was really nice and he does a great job as a host also. He’s accommodating and always gets back to you. I would definitely go back again!
