The large folding door facing the water extends the property to include the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

The beach is shallow, but there are sandbanks about 100 meters out in the water, which can be seen and you can walk out there, at low tide. "TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.
