A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

**Ein kleines Stückchen Schweden vor den Toren Hamburgs** Willkommen in Alma, deinem kleinen Rückzugsort für entspannte Sommertage. Direkt an einem malerischen Sees erwartet dich ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus, umgeben von blühender Natur. Die vielen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und bieten einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne. Ein gemütliches Bett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esstisch machen den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment Marina is located in the spa area of Bad Segeberg! Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people. The location guarantees peace and quiet on the terraces, located in the well-established flower garden. The apartment was furnished and renovated with a lot of love for detail. You are most welcome!

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). 15 minutes walk to the cathedral island of Ratzeburg. 2 minutes to the loop trail around Küchensee. 4 minutes to an unguarded natural bathing place at Küchensee; 10 minutes to a guarded bathing place in Ratzeburger See. 5 minutes to the bus stop to Mölln and Hamburg. To Lübeck 20km, to Hamburg 50km, to the Baltic Sea 30km by car. Train station within 20 minutes walking distance or also by bus.

Vacation home Walderholung Mölln

The house is quietly located directly on the edge of the forest, about 500 m from the jetty on the lake. The area invites you to take long hikes and bike tours through the Hellbach Valley and the surroundings of the spa town of Mölln. It is very well connected to public transport (a bus stop is right behind the house). Extensive shopping is also accessible in a few minutes, for example by bike.
