In the middle of beautiful nature, right where the city ends, is this cozy family house. Here you can find peace and quiet and yet quickly get to Copenhagen's many cultural offerings and shopping opportunities. The house has modern amenities and plenty of entertainment in the form of games, movies, music and toys. In the large garden, located right next to the forest, meadow and bog, the children can frolic while the adults relax on the terrace. Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The silence is broken only by the many birds of the forest, the wind rustling in the treetops and the waves down on the beach.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
