Great place! The owner is a very warm, attentive and helpful person. It was a pleasure to communicate and from the very beginning I felt cared for. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life, including little things that are usually missed: from kitchen utensils to all sorts of useful household things. The neighborhood is quiet, already from early evening there is calmness, so it is a pleasure to sleep here. To the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes walk, everything is close and convenient. And, of course, the view from the balcony is a delight, especially in the morning and at sunset. A real cozy place where you want to come back. Thank you!

All was great. The place is located just at a perfect distance from all the needed points - the seaside, shops, bus station, etc. The flat itself is clean, and bright, with lots of sunlight. Savo also provided a highchair and cot for the baby and was generally very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Boris was a very helpful host always replying to my messages. Mind that the house is up the hill and it is quite a distance from the beach. Otherwise we had no complaints and we were happy with that place.

Aleksandar was very friendly and impeccable! He took care of our transfers from the airport to his accommodation and from Budva to Kotor. The accommodation is super close to the beach, restaurants, a mini market right above, and 10/15 minutes - walking distance from the old town. And a special thank you to Tata ❤️

Jelena was very responsive to all of our questions and provided helpful information about things to do in the area. The house was just as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Everything was perfect during our stay. The flat is beautiful and perfectly located. The host was super kind and helpful.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Great place with a nice pool, close to the Old Town of Herceg Novi. Great host, we were welcomed with a platter of homemade food as well as rakija! Good cafe 10m away from the place. Great spot to start your day trips. You gotta have a car though. Can't complain, everything was top-notch and would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!

Amazing stay and lovely host! Meri and her daughters were always therel, helping us with local recommendations on restuarants, activities and more. We had two toddlers with us, and they really enjoyed the terrace. Will defenitely recommend.

The apartment had an excellent view over Budva and the old town - even better than on the picture. The apartment was very clean and we had every thing we needed. We can warmly recommend this flat to everybody looking for a perfect holiday home.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

The house was excellent!

The building is new and the room was very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days in Kotor. The setting is beautiful and very quiet, and it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Kotor. Communication with Jaroslav was smooth and cordial. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

This place was perfect: the spot was awesome, walking distance from the water, restaurants and markets, the view from the balcony on the bay is awesome. A+ hosts, they were super nice and helpful and very quick to respond. Provided recommendations and offered help. 10/10 would recommend

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.
