Come, hike, feel good and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel at home in our ground floor apartment, which we have carefully renovated. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You can find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

Katja both made very good suggestions for us and supported us to chech out comfortably by providing us with flexibility during and even after our stay. Thanks to her elegant fresh flowers and treats in the refrigerator she left for us, it was a meal for us even though we arrived very late on our first day. The cleanliness, location, silence, amenities were complete and good enough to be comfortable even if staying for a long time. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was a great experience and pleasure for us.

The apartment, which is located at the edge of a quiet, residential neighborhood, is quite spacious, nicely furnished and flooded with natural light from all of the windows and skylights! We had a one year old with us, so we really appreciated the provided pack and play and baby toys! There are three very comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The full sized washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The foosball table, dart board and board games made for fun evenings after dinner. We also appreciated the dedicated, offstreet parking space! There are good restaurants and many things to do just a short drive from the apartment. We would highly recommend Rico’s apartment. Guests should simply make note that the apartment is not on the ground floor so you must take your luggage up a flight of stairs.

We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was well thought out. We particularly liked the bathroom (shower tub, toilet, sink with very good lighting and a large window). The kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, sufficient dishes and cutlery). The beds are very large and relatively hard. Restaurants and shops can be reached quickly by car. The parking lot is signposted and about 50 m from the apartment. Location is quiet. We were very satisfied and can recommend this accommodation in good conscience.

Staying in Dagmar's place was an absolute pleasure. We were met on arrival by Dagmar's husband who could not have been more helpful. We were shown the apartment and ended up chatting with him for quite some time! This man is an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Absolutely would not hesitate to return here and would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Mainz! The train station and a bus stop for the bus into Mainz centre are both within 5-10 minutes walk. A beautiful apartment that is spotlessly clean and very spacious yet homely 😊
