The Airbnb Associates program allows anyone with an audience to make money by promoting traveling or hosting on Airbnb.
All associates should keep these guidelines in mind:
Read the program’s full terms and conditions, and learn more about how our standards and expectations are enforced. We reserve the right to disable your account if you misuse the product.
We provide Associates with tools to help customize their content—including social posts, videos, newsletters, and webpages—to share with their audience. Here’s what’s available:

If you’re referring stays and experiences
As an Associate referring eligible guest stays and experiences, every time someone booked a stay through your content before March 31, 2021, you’ll be paid 25% of the Airbnb guest fee for the first 500 bookings in a month and 30% of the Airbnb guest fee for bookings above 500 in a month. Every time someone booked an experience (online or in person) through your content before March 31, 2021, you’ll be paid 25% of the Airbnb host fee.
Airbnb service fees are a percentage of our guest and host fees for each booking. You’ll be paid in your preferred currency after conversion.
How you make money:
If you’re referring hosts
As an Associate referring hosts and listings, you’ll get paid every time someone books an initial stay at a listing your content has inspired. You’ll earn a variable amount no less than $40 for each new listing, depending on its geography, that is booked within the first 365 days of being listed. Hosts have 28 days from clicking your Airbnb Associates link to complete listing the space on Airbnb.
Payouts are paid within 60 days of a checkout of the first stay for the listings you help to bring to Airbnb. Once a host signs up, Airbnb measures when a guest makes a booking and checks in. Once the guest has checked out, you will be credited for the listing and compensated according to payment terms.
How you make money:
Payment methods
To get paid, you’ll need to set up a payment method. If you don’t have a payment method set up, learn how to add a payment method.
