Change the sync settings for connected listings

Updating sync settings on the listing page is no longer supported. However, you can still access the sync page using the direct URL provided in the email sent when you publish your listing.

Choose your sync setting

• Pricing and availability sync: Manage listing details (like content and booking settings) only on Airbnb. You can also update discounts, additional fees, taxes, and availability settings on Airbnb.
• Everything sync: Manage listing details and photos either in your software or on Airbnb.

Special cases for Luxe listings

Luxe listings are automatically set to Pricing and availability sync, and this setting can’t be changed.
