Beachside Beauty Footsteps to the Beach, Minutes to the City

This place is in the most perfect location, walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home itself is stunning, and it was fun to see other beautiful homes in the area. We were very comfortable; split cycle aircon was perfect and quiet, we could wash and dry clothes easily, cook and the best bit for our vacay schedule...a dishwasher. Brooke, her family and puppy were a lovely people. She has provided a very well-equipped home. Two things to note for your choice: the entry/ main living area has no window coverings, which surprised us. The plants mostly block the view, but if you want more security of your laptop etc, or more privacy at night when the lights are on, this is something to consider. Perhaps a sheer curtain to assist with privacy and security would be ideal. The other is the water pump is pretty loud, so don't be surprised. I recommend you don't schedule a nap whilst running the washing machine :P Great home to return to.

This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

We had an amazing stay at Adam’s place! Phenomenal views overlooking the beach from the kitchen/living room area. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. Description and photos are as advertised! Extremely close to get to the beach for swims and walks. We really loves the local outdoor pool in Scarborough as we had a baby! Would highly recommend and would stay again if in Perth in the future!

enjoyed our stay, property was well set up for younger children, clean and modern but homely. Kids loved the pool and the well set out back yard. Great location, easy to find, quiet neighbourhood but still close to attractions like Hillarys boat harbour and Whiteman park. 100% would come back again!

We loved staying here for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect space for getting ready and close to town and our venue while still a quiet and relaxing area to be in! Ashley was so welcoming and proactive on the information about the house. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Debbie’s place was close to many restaurants and cafes and beach, walking distance to a number of local cafes which was very useful. Pool was fantastic especially as there were a few hot days. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at Cody’s house. The decor is beautiful, very relaxing. Great configuration for a family and the pool and trampoline were brilliant entertainment for the kids! Quiet neighbourhood too. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at Above the Clouds and great for all the family. The house was furnished beautifully and to a very high standard, with everything you should need. The outdoor space and pool were amazing and the BBQ. The location of the house was great for all the beaches and restaurants great for Hilary’s, Mullaloo, Burns Beach and Mindaire. I would highly recommend and Rebecca was so helpful with any queries and quick to respond. Thankyou would definitely return.

We loved this house and appreciated the personal touches Melanie added to our welcome. We were able to spend three days with our children and grandchildren in such an amazing environment. The outdoor area was great and the rooms were large and comfortable. Boxing Day was fantastic watching the cricket on the outside TV. We would stay here again.
