Relax in my house with fenced garden, located on a large piece of private land. From the house, you can walk or cycle into the forest and enjoy long walks and bike rides across the Veluwe. Atmospheric villages and towns such as Epe, Hattem, Elburg, Deventer and Zwolle are also nearby.

B&B De Boomgaard

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between IJsselvallei and Veluwse forests, on the A50, in the middle of Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available for cycling to the village.

Our vacation home exudes tranquility, is cozy with a fireplace. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and a ceramic cooktop. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with closet space and a large electrically adjustable bed. The bathroom next to this bedroom has a bath, a separate shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a box spring on the ground floor. This is shareable so that two single beds can be made of it.

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place. Directly in front of the house is a beautiful little stream with a bridge which gives the whole a fairy-tale image.
