I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matthias' place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The breathtaking view and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything one might need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient right in front, and the beautiful terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the silence. Overall, I can only recommend this place—it's a true gem. I was in Ehingen for a wedding and was allowed to spend the weekend with my dog at Kai's place. Communication was easy and very friendly - I received all the relevant information for check-in in advance. The apartment was optimal. Beautifully decorated, quiet, wonderful terrace where you can enjoy the sun. The location was great for my/the needs of my 4-legged friend. In the vicinity, there are many opportunities for walking - certainly also nice without a dog. I can only recommend Kai's apartment and will certainly be happy to come back!

Although we only used the apartment to stay overnight because of a family celebration, we were very satisfied. Parking in front of the door. Everything is new and extremely clean, good beds, interesting decor. The location would be great for bike tours to Sigmaringen, Donautal, etc. Conclusion: highly recommended

The host owner was friendly and responsive. It was the same as the photos, and the terrace was spacious, so I had a good time with the kids. There were many windows in the living room, and the natural scenery was so beautiful. Not only the children, but also the couple were satisfied. I recommend it.

We stayed at the property for one night and felt very comfortable. Check-in was possible via the key box, which is why the arrival could be made flexible. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. We liked the location very much, as it was quiet and we could go for a nice walk with the dogs. Thanks a lot!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!

If you want nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The garden with the great view invites you to linger. Just around the corner there are various walking or hiking trails. A few minutes' drive away, there are shopping facilities in Münsingen. The contact with Marco was very friendly. Thank you, we had a great time in the extraordinary accommodation!

We felt very comfortable. It is a nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Communication with Philipp also worked great :) The area is beautiful and you can take great trips. Absolute recommendation :)

We stayed with Lisa and Manuel for the second time. The house is beautiful and everything is sparkling clean and tidy. Everything is exactly as advertised and you immediately feel at home. We stayed with our three-year-old daughter and we love the Lake Constance region. We'll be back for sure.

Good amenities in the bathroom, bedroom and living area. A small goodie bag for our dogs, which made us very happy. Also very straightforward was the additional booking for a few nights on the sofa bed. With a toddler, two dogs and two/three adults, it was spacious enough for us. Everything was very clean and maintained. In good weather, the garden and terrace are worth it. Very nice surroundings, lots of paths for walking and nice people. Ulm is easily accessible and has lots of shopping. The communication with Roland was very straightforward, quick and concrete. Check-in and out were also very easy.

The whole family felt comfortable in the accommodation, especially the large window in the dining table area, which we liked very much. The interior is also friendly and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and seek contact with the holiday guests, give instructions and information, in case of uncertainty you could always contact them, which we very much appreciated. We can only recommend the cozy house Malina!

Very nice place to stay. Very cozy decor with small and loving details. Everything was clean and looked exactly as shown in the photos. We have applied for a baby crib and highchair in front of it free of charge. Communication was great, fast and nice answers. We would book there again!

We had 1 night's accommodation for 4 people on our way to Switzerland. We were very impressed with the decor of the apartment. Very original, modern, with attention to every detail. Very clean, comfortable. Parking just in front of the entrance, which was convenient for us because we were with bikes. We didn't visit the neighborhood because we only stayed overnight. For 4 people, it was quite sufficient. It was great!

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace where we sat in the late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!
