A small wooden house where you will be absorbed by the cozy atmosphere, warmth of the fireplace and the possibility of using the sauna. The house merges with nature, surrounded by willows and a picturesque pond. For an unforgettable stay experience, there is a newly added sauna, including a cooling vat ( sauna including wood for naturing is available for an additional fee on site) If you are also interested in a trip, we recommend the castle in Lipnica with nearby clear quarries for bathing. Or Orlik lookout tower near Humpolce, both within 20km.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

We offer you a stay in our renovated Márinka u Krtků, where cows will give you a good night and nature will become your neighbor. What awaits you? Total peace, which you otherwise only have in your dreams, silence, privacy that you will not want to leave, and all this complemented by beautiful nature. Our Márinka has a capacity for up to 4 adventurers. It is spacious, carefully cleaned and functionally furnished. There is a cozy outhouse near the caravan. If you are cold, you will find a stove in the caravan - wood is of course available.

For its 100th birthday, the caravan got a new coat, and you can see what it looks like :)! We bought a caravan from 1921 to modernize our beekeeping, but in the end we felt sorry for it and decided to renovate it, place it in a magical place in the heart of the Vysočina region and offer it to you for rest. There is complete privacy, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, etc., electricity (220V) from the sun, refrigerator, gas stove, stove, large double bed, bunk bed, outdoor shower and dry toilet. DOGS by ARRANGEMENT.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Maringotka (caravan) Alfons has got a great history. At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

We are not connected to electricity, drinking and utility water is regularly supplied in barrels. Outside, a beautiful outhouse and solar shower await you.

It's wooden, it's comfortable, it's in the garden. In the countryside of the Vysočina region, I built a modern cottage for my family dedicated to relaxation. Immersed in the tranquility of a garden with a piece of nature. Orchards, ponds, unlimited space. We dedicated this place to peace and relaxation without a TV. A private bathing barrel and sauna are available for an additional fee of 600 CZK.
