Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Great place in St Ives, very close to all centre and markets. The place was beautiful and very clean. Geeta was really helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

I have just come back from staying at Dave’s beautiful property for a couple of nights. I stayed there with my dog and partner and felt right at home straight away, the apartment is beautifully furnished and in the most perfect location if you want chilled days at the beach or to go and surf! I would definitely stay there again. Dave was very accommodating and friendly and very quick to reply to messages. An awesome host! Thanks again for a great stay Dave, I will 100% be recommending to friends.

Daniel’s place at Megavissey was all we had hoped for & more. After a covid cancellation we finally made it to Cornwall & Daniel’s place was a perfect base to tour the south west. A stylish & very comfortable apartment with warm & friendly hosts. We will have fond memories of our stay.

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Great little home with everything we needed and much more. Walkable distance from a lovely beach (or 5 minute drive). Everything was pristine and very clean😄.

We stayed for two weeks and had the most fabulous time. The apartment is exactly as described and is a delight to stay in. Everything you could possibly need and more…games, books and DVDs. We loved catching up on some old but fab films during our stay. The apartment is a downhill walk of about 30/35 mins to the main centre of Rock but about 10 minutes walk away are a bakery, deli/supermarket, fish and chip shop, cafes etc so you can get all you need without the car. We used the apartment to access the whole of Cornwall including Lands End and The Lizard. It’s a bit of a drive but easy to get there and back and spend loads of time exploring in a day. The Cornish weather did mean some rainy days so we were often wet and muddy on our return. As we were there in Sept, it would usually have been too early to put the heating on… but a quick message to Helena and she sorted everything so we were able to be super toasty and wash and dry everything. lovely stay at Lauren's flat. exactly as described extremely clean and comfortable. multiple beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance and convenience of co-op five minutes walk. St Ives charming, recommend day trip to lost gardens of heligan. definitely more to explore another time ☺️

We chose it as it was near friends we were visiting. Local shops nearby, car needed for Morrisons etc and easy access to tourist routes. Train & parking to other resorts 10 mins away. Just what it said on the tin. A lovely Hobbit Hole, under their bungalow. Private entrance, low ceilings. Compact, everything we needed - cooker, fridge etc. Washing machine on request. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. Would go again. Great value for money. Clean and tidy.

Sally is a great host, me and 3 others working away were accommodated very last minute. Got to the property and it was even better than the photos, price is unreal for the quality of the place. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone staying in the area

Absolutely loved my stay here, it just made the perfect stay, the apartment was just lovely, very spacious, clean and extremely quiet in a lovely area, within walking distance of my favourite beach Carbis Bay and the stunning St Ives just down the road!! Thank you so much for having us!! 😀

I had a great stay, accommodating hosts and great communication. Easy access to town, and close to the station too. Don’t expect to cook anything at the flat, but the fridge and kettle are a nice touch. Would absolutely go back.

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked very last minute when our holiday abroad fell through and loved St Ives and our stay! The flat has everything you need and is only a short walk into town (even if coming back is a bit of a workout). We were blessed with glorious weather and the kids even went sea swimming in April 😁Alison was helpful and responsive.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Georgie and Chris were great hosts, the hay loft is exactly as described and a beautiful place to stay. As others have mentioned, it’s peaceful and within walking distance of a lovely local pub which does fantastic food! Georgie and Chris had provided a welcome pack of eggs, milk, bread and Prosecco which was a nice touch. The hay loft has everything you need for a quiet break, the hot tub an excellent addition to. Would highly recommend 😊
