If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

The same walk out to the hill also takes you directly to Björnens children's area with roller conveyor lifts and Valleland. A home for the family! Also Bear's popular cross country track is 70 meters walk from the house.
