The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

I really appreciate the co host Chanakran for being very responsive. I love and appreciate how the host gave us waters. The check in and check out was very easy. Their home was located in a good location. There was alot of restaurant and spa around their home. Everything they have listed on the Airbnb website are there. One thing that I did notice was some of the bathroom have mold and the smell of the sink. Other than that I do recommend this Airbnb to a friend.

The condo is located in a beautiful part of Chiang Mai… When someone were to think of spending time in Chiang Mai, they would stay at the Hinoki… Thanks for everything! I can’t wait until October to be there again! Bruce

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

It was so nice to truly feel at home in an airbnb. This was the sweetest house and we were sad to leave. We were in Chiang Mai for my husband to get wisdom teeth surgery, and this sweet home was the perfect, relaxing place for him to recover. Nice comfortable beds, a great big bath tub, a kitchen with appliances that let me cook safe foods at home for him, a lovely yard to relax in. I highly recommend this house!

Nice people, nice rooms and everything on walking distance.

Chinese Chiang Mai neighborhood, good to eat and drink, the car I helped to find was good and cheap, and the friends I was traveling with said yes!

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

The two families stayed together for a total of 4 large and 2 small, the house is located at the end of a secluded road outside the old city, about 10 minutes by taxi to Chedi Luong Temple, next to the golf course, and occasionally saw the plane take off, but the noise is not much.The room is spacious and decorated with an antique decoration. The koi pond in front of the door makes the two children love it, and the circular rocking chair in the living room has become a big toy for the children.The room is very clean, there are occasional mosquitoes, and there are small ants in the kitchen, but as long as you don't leave the sweet food open.Comfortable beds, fully equipped with utensils and utensils.The landlord was very friendly. Although he was very busy, he would respond to WeChat messages in a timely manner and send his subordinates to deal with it.We had a broken lock and we forgot to bring our keys thanks to their arrival.All in all, our family was very satisfied with our stay.

It’s an amazing house with lots of character and bags of room. It’s in a quiet street, feels very local. Location wise it has everything you need very close by. It was perfect for our family of 4

Really big space with plenty of places to sleep for a big family. You definitely need a car if you're staying here, but for families who have access to a car, this place is great.

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for our 2 weeks in Chiang Mai. The apartment is well equipped and super quiet. The building is well maintained and clean. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice plus! Would definitely come back!

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay in Chiang Mai. The apartment played a very big part in that, being amidst all the buzz the beautiful city has to offer. The location was perfect, and the apartment was just as advertised. We loved it! Special mention to the security guards, they were very helpful and sweet. Would highly recommend.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hank's villa has a great location, close to lots of restaurants. The villa is very clean, great layout for larger groups. Hank was very kind and accommodating, flexible with check in times. Pool was very big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
