Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hamurana

Everything about Greg and Ana's place was perfect for our trip to Rotorua. Set on the edge of a park with a gated section, easy Uber, drive or walk to town. From comfy beds and full kitchen to a private deck and spa this place is definitely recommend. Ana gave us a wonderful list of great restaurants and cafe's to choose from and we had a brilliant time at Poco Tapas & Wine. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home.

Exceeded expectations in all aspects. Lovely to be able to walk directly to the beautiful lake Tarawera to swim. This place is perfectly set up for kids with huge spa, trampoline and playroom. We would love to come back.

Mike's place was nice and clean and had heaps of space for our baby to crawl around. The washer and dryer were very handy. We loved the spa too.

Very homely feeling. Jonathan left very clear instructions for the magical hot pool and other things in the home. House was clean and tidy and very cosy. Very close to shopping centre, everything at close proximity. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Rotorua 😃

We loved our stay at Lynnelle’s - lots of space and really comfy. Quiet neighbourhood but not far from the main sites of Rotorua which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with for a girls trip. It had everything and more. Didn’t need to leave the house, the pool, spa and fire created a lovely atmosphere. ☺️

Having 4 large bedrooms was a real appeal of this place, that suited us perfectly. The open plan lounge/dining was functional and well laid out. We also enjoyed the pool to cool-off after a hard day riding.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Clean and clutter free. Loads of space for everyone. Beautiful surroundings and views. Lovely spa. Would recommend asking host to turn spa on earlier as we had to wait until the next morning for the spa to be heated fully. Host was responsive and prompt. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A gem of a place to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of life. Soaking in the bath or sitting by the fire under the Milky Way was tremendous. Plenty of avocado and kiwi orchards around for exploring as well.

Had a fantastic stay at this quiet little oasis thanks to the wonderful hosts. They were flexible with check in which was awesome, let us check in early, pre heated the hot tub, came and showed us how to use everything and were more than accommodating to any needs we had. The location is beautiful, overlooking Mt. Maunganui and the ocean, tucked away in a quiet private area. A variety of breakfast cereals, tea and coffee, milk and sparkling water were also provided which was a massive bonus. If I’m ever looking for a place to stay in Tauranga again, this would be my first pick. Thanks Kazia!

Stunning surroundings, private and cosy!!! Absolutely loved staying at Kathryn and David’s. a great choice if you’re looking to unwind and disconnect from the city.

We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy and flexible, the BnB was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Denver and Diane are great hosts with prompt and clear communication. We stayed during a cyclone, to which we were very kindly offered an extended stay for no cost. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Me and my partner had a great time here. The view is beautiful especially when we enjoyed it with the spa. Thanks to Sonia, it’s easy to check in.
