The accommodation at Edda and Nicolas' was excellent, the check-in was very straightforward and the house was also very nice. There were 7 of us over the weekend and everything we needed was there.

We enjoyed the time with Daniel very much and look forward to visiting his beautiful accommodation again soon.

Superbly equipped apartment in the old town. There was nothing missing. Parking for 2 cars available. Marion already informed us on the way there about the status of the check-in. Upon arrival, we were received in a very friendly manner and received a brief introduction to the apartment. Marion also gave us tips about the area and restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

Yes, we were fully satisfied with the apartment, value for money is fine! There was nothing missing, even for the children there were many toys and games available. The trampoline and the swings were also great and of course the tricycle. And the way to Buxdehude to the S-Bahn to Hamburg was short with free P+R! So we had a great vacation near Hamburg with our family, and can only recommend the apartment!

Our two-week stay for two in the vacation home was simply great. The house in the back of the property is clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location surrounded by nature with views of the countryside – perfect for relaxing. Nicole is very warm and always helpful. We can highly recommend it. Irmi & Horst

Beautiful house in a picturesque and peaceful location whilst also providing access into Hamburg.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in Birte's house. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very cozy and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet location in the middle of the countryside is particularly beautiful – perfect for unwinding and resting. Thanks to the direct access to the dike, you can spontaneously watch the ships and sheep passing by. The sauna is also a nice bonus (costs extra, but the price is fine). All in all, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

Everything was very nice.

The place looks even better in person than in the photos. The furnishings, the furniture and the entire interior have been selected with high quality and taste. A lot of attention to detail is evident in all corners. You feel right at home and well looked after. The pool is a dream! You have it to yourself until 10 pm. Marcel is such a nice and accommodating host! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place to anyone who reads this and is still struggling!

the check-in worked wonderfully without problems, the sauna fabulous as well as the pool. Quiet surroundings. Parking in front of the property wonderful, restaurant just around the corner not far into the city. felt super comfortable, we would definitely use it again and also recommend it.

Residents very nice,complex in very well maintained condition. The pool was constantly accessible and very well maintained. Owners surprised us with fresh tomatoes. We'll be very happy to come back. You can't do it better

A very cute, small granny apartment with shared garden. Very child-friendly. We felt very comfortable right away. Yvonne greeted us in a very friendly way. There was even a fresh breakfast egg, elderflower jelly and chicken feed for everyone with which we were allowed to feed the in-house chickens. Our son was very pleased with the child-friendly bedding and the available building blocks and books. There was also a toilet seat and potty. We stayed there for one night and could definitely imagine coming back again. There are many great destinations nearby. Everything was very clean, neat and easy to feel good.☺️

This location is beautiful and relaxing. I will miss it as I continue onward with my travels. One thing I would have done different is to purchase a week long pass for the Ferry ride. My travels include using the Ferry daily but that is not the case for everyone. Also schedule additional time for travel using the Ferry because you may not get on the Ferry boat immediately due to the amount of cars waiting. I would anticipate an additional half hour for travel. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and even heard a Cuckoo bird. Fun. I would consider staying there again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

A really nice family house in a quite and peaceful area. Some of the beds are in the basement, but the rooms have fresh air and are clean and tidy. I wish we had more time to spend here rather than just an overnight stop on our way from Norway.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

The apartment is in a very nice area of Altona, there is everything you need nearby. The apartment is small but for short stays like ours it is more than enough. We really appreciated the water, coffee, sweets and everything you need for the shower. Caro&Björn were also very helpful with regard to parking the car, everything was done very efficiently. The price is a bit high, but definitely good for the area and for the long weekend and with ironman (all Hamburg seemed to be booked). We'll be happy to come back!

It was the perfect place to stay for our purposes. Heiner was easy to reach for arrangements and flexible on time appointments.

It was fantastic! We spent 5 nights there with two dogs and we enjoyed it very much. Exactly what we imagined. From Buchholz, it is only a little more than 20 minutes by train to Hamburg and other beautiful excursion destinations are also very easy to reach. It was super cozy and we would come back. The apartment is a complete and independent house, very nice and tastefully furnished and equipped with everything (or, better, everything and more). Matthias is very empathetic, attentive to details, with many selected tips available to the guest. The area is very quiet and is a good base for visiting Lübeck or Hamburg or the many interesting things that the area offers. Matthias is so kind that he offered to come to my aid - on Sunday morning - for a problem with my car. I highly recommend this experience

Aaltjes Tiny House is beautifully located on a hill, the garden is lovingly designed with a pond and beautiful plants. Wild strawberries bloom everywhere on the property. The bed on the small second level scared us a bit at first (my friend is 193 tall), but in the end we found it mega cozy and didn't hit our heads. It's amazing how little you need to feel comfortable in a small space. You have everything: stove, kitchen, air conditioning, fireplace, seating here and there and you can also chop wood if you need a little change from everyday office life ;-) We took our dog on nice long walks through the forest. You can hardly hear anything except the birds. Every now and then, the neighbors, too - you have to know when he's working, he likes to use the circular saw, because he works with wood and cares for trees. But that's his right. Thank you so much for letting us use your little gem.
