The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

The cottage is located in Hou, in the second row from the water and about 100 meters from the water's edge. The water is shallow and usually without big waves, so the beach is very child-friendly, also for very young children. The house consists of a small entrance hall with washing machine, a large kitchen/living room/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace, a bathroom and three bedrooms. Large terrace to the south and west. In the south-facing garden there is a large trampoline, climbing frame with swing and slide and a small playhouse.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
